I was very pleased with Tim. I had a residual issue from another job and he was able to assess the problem and we fixed it quickly. I appreciated his explanations, as they made perfect sense as to the cause of the issue. He went above and beyond the task at hand by telling me a variety of information, which is useful to know. This was a safety check visit. I had not had my garage door opener looked at since it was installed 8 years ago and wanted to make sure it was tested and safe. I watched and learned as Ron inspected everything, educating me along the way as well as clearly explaining maintenance options for now and/or the future. Thank you Ron. My neighbor had recently recommended another company, but I saw many negative reviews for them and was hesitant to call. I searched the web and liked how Precision had the technicians listed on the web site along with reviews. That's a good idea. (It can be nerve-wracking waiting to see who shows up to do work and hoping they have the right experience for the problem.) I looked at the BBB site, and I liked how Doug didn't remove a review containing a complaint but added a note to explain it. Those 3 things led me to try them. I used their web site late Friday afternoon to email for an appointment and was called just minutes later and confirmed a next-day Saturday appointment...very convenient. I didn't have major work done today, but nevertheless, I'm so pleased with the whole quick and organized process, and Kelly and Ron, that I didn't even feel right using the coupon in the Value-Pak that I learned about from someone else's review, so I didn't! When the day comes when I need a repair or replacement, I will call back Precision.

Back in June Brandon replaced a torsion spring and suggested I replace both and I decided not to take his advise. Of course the second one broke and you guys came right away. Brandon know's his stuff and I believe has tremendous integrity he was very professional and represented your firm as best as you can expect. I'd be happy to refer anyone I know to your company.

I have used Precision Garage Door a few times now and request Brandon every time I need a technician to come to my home. Brandon is knowledgeable and seems to really care about his customers. He always goes above and beyond to try to fix the problems I have had with my garage door, no matter how difficult they may seem. I had Brandon do a complete rebuild on my old, outdated garage door in August of 2012 and it has never been quieter and runs very smoothly. I highly recommend Brandon.

I contacted Precision Garage Door company a few years ago and had to call them again just recently because the door wouldn't work all of a sudden after having no problem until now. After arranging an appointmemt a very astute serviceman came and explained to me that everything was fine except for the alignment of the sensors which had apparently got knocked out of sync by a recent visitor to my home. He fixed the problem within seconds, tightened a few screws, sprayed lubricant in the action places, explained everything in a very detailed manner without any charge since all was covered by the warranty. Needless to say, I was very impressed with the service and happy that it didn't cost me anything!

Had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. I called late on a Sunday evening and they scheduled my appointment for Monday afternoon. The service man called me earlier in the morning and said he was finished with a job earlier in the day in the town next to me. He then came and completed the right away.
