We were having trouble getting garage door to close with any consistency. Bob took sensors off of rails and remounted them on the wall. Bob is very knowledgeable and personable and I will not hesitate to call Precision again.

I found your company by searching the internet and saw a customer review from one of my friends. My garage door opener stopped working as I was leaving for work in the morning. I was able to get an appointment for early that same afternoon. Tim Rainey explained my options for repair vs. replace. I chose to replace the old unit. Tim made sure to explain all of the functions of the new unit and control options. Tim did an excellent job. The new opener works smoother and quieter than the old one. I would definitely recommend Tim and your company to any of my family or friends.

Andrew Nix service my garage door this past Saturday 10/12/13. He was very profession and did an excellent job. The thing that impress me about him is that he eplains the two option on how to repair the door with one costing a lot more than the other. He did not pressure me into taken the expensive option but let me decide which one. After the repairs were completed he explain and showed me what he had done to repair the door. I would strongly recommended Precision to other people.
