The new garage doors look incredible and I can't thank the installers enough. We were originally advised by the salesperson to purchase a certain type and size of door, but when the installers arrived, they realized that the doors would not function properly. Rather than install them anyway, they insisted that the installation be done the right way and I should order new doors. While that cost me more time, the same installers returned to perform the installation and, without any supervision, completed a beautiful and professional job. The doors look and work great!

Our garage door spring broke and the company was able to send a repair technician to us by the next morning at 9 a.m. Mike Ganning was pleasant and knowledgable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and laid out our options w/ prices. He recommended a rebuild of our garage door. He also looked at our garage door lifter motor and felt that it had limited life left. He negotiated a discount for replacing the garage door lifter. While the repair cost more than we expected and hoped, we feel that Mike did an excellent job and left us with a garage door system that will last us another 10 years without worries. He was very pleasant and represented Precision in a very positive light. I would happily call Precision and/or Mike in the future if I have any other garage door problems.

Dear Mr Bencsko. Your technician Brian rendered superb service on two occasions: 1. Several months ago he succeeded in correctly diagnosing and then repairing a garage door fault which another tech from another company had repeatedly failed to accomplish. 2. A few days ago on another matter he replaced and old door and explained how to correctly operate the door controls.
