Justin did a wonderful job. He sold me on more than I initially wanted, but did a great job. With a "rebuild", my 50 years old garage door is as good as new. Justin had a great disposition, was courteous, and honest. I would highly recommend this place if you have a garage door problem.

I am not pleased with the final results from the two visits from Precision. The door movements continues to frequently jerk to a start of motion and a second door continues to sporatically "catch" as it rolls through the path in the track. After a silencing call for the door to glide quietly up and down and to start its movement with a controlled quiet movement not a BANG and a sudden movement. At this point in time, I cannot recommend Precision for additionn work on my other garage doors or to others. (fellow landlords)

We got the info for Precision from an internet search and today we had a full rebuild package on our garage door. Ron A was our repairman and was extremely professional and very nice. He related to us personally and was not pushy about what we should do regarding the repair of the door. We're grateful that someone was able to come out to us so quickly and are very happy with our results!

Dave was the technician who came to my house to repair my garage door. I had purchased the door from your company with a lifetime warranty for the sole purpose of not having to worry about problems. When Dave looked at the door he knew the problem and was able to take care of it in less than 30 min. It was making noise and he showed me cable was fraying and pully was not working right. I was very pleased with Dave and his workmenship.

The Technician was so nice and helpful. He installed new remotes, added a keypad, and reset four cars to sync with the new remotes. He showed me how to sync everything for the car that wasn't home (as well as for the car with a dead battery). He came when you said he would and he called first to say he was on the way. Great job, would definitely use you again and would be happy to recommend your company!

We were very impressed with Tim. He arrived on time and explained what was wrong with our garage. The garage door parts and the motor were all very old so he recommended replacing the belt and the parts that were worn out. He was honest and told us what was still good such as the wooden door. Before the work and the new garage door motor, the door and old motor made all sorts of noises and we knew it was a matter of time before it broke. The spring broke the other day and it could have hurt someone when it fell to the garage door floor. We were really happy that Tim had all the parts on the truck and was able to take care of everything right then and there. I thought the prices for everything were quite reasonable. Tim said it would take two hours and he completed the work right on time. We are extremely happy with our new system and the door opens and closes really well--you can hardly hear the motor or the door moving as it goes up and down. Communicate issue! I am deaf, Anthony came to my house look around and wrote the paper to explained to me what my garage door is having problem with structor is weaken. He suggest to replace new one. I accept but I talked to him he doesn't understand me. I have to write back n forth. He should learn how to communicate to the deaf people needs. Any comments! THANKS!

Tim came to repair a broken garage door spring, and we ended up getting two rebuilt garage doors! He was very thorough and patient in describing the advantages of replacing all of our flimsy parts with Precision ones. Now the doors run much quieter. I liked the online listing of technicians' backgrounds and the uniforms. All in all, a pleasant and professional experience.

Scott McDonald was our technician. He was wonderful! He fixed the problem right away and then took the time to explain what had happened and how we could fix it ourselves if it occurred again. The sensor eye was not aligning properly. He lubricated the garage door opener and it now works so smoothly and quietly. What a courteous young man! In our day and age, I rarely find someone so friendly, knowledgable, and polite. Our two dogs even liked him. I would have no trouble using or recommending Precision Door service and telling everyone to be sure and ask for Scott McDonald!

Bob was very professional and clearly explained what the problems were in addition to my broken spring and what the repair options were. He efficiently fixed the issues with both garage doors and installed a new opener on one of them. I am completely satisfied with the work he did and love the way the doors now work. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star rating is the price, as it seems a bit high.
