My husband and I just moved into a beautiful house in West Orange and found that our garage door opener was not working properly. We chose Precision Garage Door Service here in NJ because of its proximity to our home and its great reviews, which are well-deserved. Ethan, who had been assigned to help us with our problem, was great. He found that the device was very old and gave us the option to replace it or have it fixed for the time being. We opted for the latter and he skillfully and swiftly fixed the problem. The company itself is very professional; Rob, the service manager, let us know that we would be alerted before Ethan's arrival. Will call them again when the time comes for us to replace the garage door opener. Thanks, Ethan, and everyone at Precision Garage Door Service!

Precision Garage doors was excellent from start to finish. They had great communication through texts, email and phone. The day of my service they came within the scheduled window which was appreciated and the team had the door replaced in under 2 hours. The door looks great including the trim. I would recommend them to anyone !

Very fast response and very professional service. I had a broken garage door spring and booked an appointment online at 10:00 pm the night before. The next morning Xavier showed up at 8:30 am. He was very knowledgeable and handy and replaced both springs and pulleys within one hour. The only surprise is the price of the springs ($400 each) and I paid $1800+ total for part cost and labor.

Everyone who I have interacted with at Precision has been wonderful from the scheduler, dispatcher to the installer. Dave Paz who installed our new opener was amazing. He explained all the options and what would work best for me. They also replaced our garage door 2 years ago. I highly and emphatically recommend!

Xavier is skilled tech with terrific personal business skills……a credit to your company. He knows his stuff ! and will, some day soon, have his own franchise. He understood the issues and how to correct them quickly. Only thing is……I should have called Precision first ……as I wasted/was ripped off nearly $800.00 by another by another company that ONLY replaced two springs. Garage door issues …..who you gonna call……PRECISION !!!

We were very pleased that a technician was able to come out to our home on a Sunday, the day we called with an issue. Unfortunately, our system needed more than repair, it needed to be replaced. We have had service from Precision before, and are pleased with service provided.

My garage door would no longer open. I contacted Precision Garage Door Service and set up an appointment. Technician, Charlie B, called to let me know he was on his way and provided an ETA. Charlie arrived on time, assessed the issue and provided several different options. Charlie was professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. He completed the repair in about an hour.

This review is to commend Precision Door Service and its very able employee David Paz. I was happy to learn that I could get service on the Saturday of a holiday weekend. And David was knowledgeable, hardworking, and friendly. He answered any questions I had and gave me a few maintenance tipS as well. I was very happy with his service and the virtually new condition my garage door is in. I will not hesitate to call Precision Door should I require their help or recommend them to family and friends. Thank you again for competent and reliable service.

I woke up to the garage door not working and both our cars were stuck inside. I saw your company on Google and your reviews were amazing. The repair men were there quickly (especially that it was a holiday weekend) and fixed the problem. Very nice and knowledgeable. A perfect 10!

Dave was an awesome guy. He was here early and explained everything. He worked patiently during heavy rain and a thunderstorm. He checked everything out , gave me my options, and installed a new opener. I lucked out a coupon came in the mail the day before so I saved some money. Dave was one of the most polite and courteous technicians I’ve had. I would recommend this company to everyone!
