Lou Rowek installed a new garage door system at our home. Everything that Lou accomplished was done with "precision". He was thorough with his explanations and completed the job with efficiency and care. A bonus was his prompting us to download an app that allows us to keep track of the activity of the garage door. He was patient with providing the guidance for this and quite pleasant throughout the time he spent with us. Lou is to be commended for his excellence as a most competent technician and a "great guy".

After our garage door abruptly and rather dramatically stopped working last week, I called Precision and spoke with a very friendly and helpful woman, who was able to send someone out within a few hours. He was even able to replace it all in the same day, expressing no qualms about staying for several hours, even into the evening. Thank you Thomas Sackmann from Precision. Our garage door had become life threatening to our family: it fell down a few times; we were afraid to open it. Thomas Sackmann, the Precision tech, came on time, analyzed and explained the situation, did not try to upsell, and presented a detailed choice of 4 estimates with different repairs and warranty time-frame. We chose one, and two hours later, the door was fixed, and safe. Thomas manners and workmanship were impeccable. I was in a tough spot! Garage door would not open or close properly late on a Friday night, when I had somewhere I needed to be quickly. And I know with lots of places it is tough to get Saturday service which meant I would have to take off time from work with little advance planning. I called and was so pleased to actually get to talk to a person and not an answering machine. This very helpful lady found a slot to get someone to me on Saturday. That morning David called and suggested he could come even earlier which was great news. He found the problem and fixed it right away. Everyone was so professional and helpful, and I am so relieved to have this problem resolved same day,
