I cannot be happier or more satisfied with Precision Overhead Garage Service and with Kevin S., the Senior Service Technician who came to our house to repair our garage door, which failed to open because the motor had apparently failed. From the moment I called and spoke to the receptionist to set up the appointment to the moment that Kevin drove away, having repaired our garage door and completed the job, everything went smoothly and perfectly. Kevin was fantastic - professional and friendly, and completed the job in a timely fashion. He deserves a raise! I would recommend your company to anybody who requires an overhead garage door service. Thanks again.

I had an older Craftsman opening system. The opener, remotes, keypad and sensors were no longer working so I contacted Precision. The repairman Sean arrived precisely at the scheduled time. He presented options and did not oversell. The new Genie opener included the keypad and remotes. The price for parts and labor was fair. Installation was done in under 2 hours. Everything was programmed, tested and explained and a manual was provided. The job was done professionally.

Ryan Murphy was knowledgeable, courteous, and patient as he explained my options. His work vehicle was neat/clean, organized, and well stocked. Repairs were done the same day and he ensured everything was in working order before leaving. Called late in the day and the company was able to send Ryan out the following morning.

Lou Rowek installed a new garage door system at our home. Everything that Lou accomplished was done with "precision". He was thorough with his explanations and completed the job with efficiency and care. A bonus was his prompting us to download an app that allows us to keep track of the activity of the garage door. He was patient with providing the guidance for this and quite pleasant throughout the time he spent with us. Lou is to be commended for his excellence as a most competent technician and a "great guy".
