Hi. Had 2 new remotes put in,new rollers on 1 garage and 3 new rubbers on each garage bottom. Excellent service performed by Scott. Very personable and accommodating. Rubbers were coming off so I called and he came back today to refix them. 5 stars for everyone. Setting up appointments to meet my needs was excellent also. You guys are great. A little high in price but good service.

This is the second time I have used Precision for my garage, they installed my doors years ago and I am still happy with them. I needed a new motor and was provided prompt service....like the very next day. Gaetano, the service person arrived at the scheduled time.....he explained my options and performed the installation with no problems. He took the time to explain all the new bells and whistles before he left. A very professional job.

My neighbor referred Precision to me. She was very satisfied with their work, plus I was able to obtain an AAA coupon deal which helped me saved on the cost. Tim Rainey, the technician, explained how a garage door opener should work and then went through each point on how my garage door was either working properly or inproperly and what I needed to fix the problems. Tim was knowledgeable and efficient. Now my garage door opens smoothly and quietly, and I don't have to worry about any harm to my car or me from a broken cable.

Vince replaced worn springs and cables in our garage doors and installed safety cables. Noteworthy is that he took great care to refashion a J-bar that was incorrectly connected and was tripping the automatic shut-down too soon.

Having used PDSNJ five years ago when I had my garage door rebuilt [springs, pulleys, etc], there was no doubt in my mind as to who I would call when my garage door opener failed... Great service by the technician. (Five stars) I forgot his name but he did introduce himself. Explained everything about the product and what he was doing. I needed to have weather stripping installed, replaced old stripping, this is not a choice give below for service performed. There were issues with receipt of email confirmation of appointment. It all turned-out ok though. Due to the email confirmation, I had to give it a 4 star review. Marie C.

Brandon returned one year after a repair was made and had to repair our garage door. The garage door repair was 100% under warranty and the repair was completed before 24 hours of our call. I have used Precision before so I was very confident in their skills. I first tried to Do it myself. I even sought out your video. It was very entertaining and informative but alas I still have my problem so needed to have someone come to my house to fix it.
