Rich was very conscientious in rebuilding my garage door which is 56 years old. He said we will receive a lifetime warranty on the door since both springs were replaced,both pulleys replaced, bearing replaced and all rollers replaced as well. In January 2013 we had a new lift motor installed by Precision which is so very quiet when compared to the previous motor. Any additional repairs will be at no cost as long as we remain at the residence Your service has always been prompt and timely which is very much appreciated .

Your Sales Person got the contract signed on Saturday(06/15/2013) and told me that someone from the office will contact on Monday due to my situation, I needed the door to be fixed by Thursday. But as of today, Thursday 20th, 2013.

My garage door started acting strangely this morning. I called you because you fixed it once before. I was delighted that you could send a repairman the same day. I was uncomfortable having the garage open all night. The repairman, Pete Orlando,could not have been more accommodating or more helpful. He made very sure that everything he did worked correctly. Before he left, he asked me to activate it one more time, to make sure everything was working correctly. Needless to say, I would call you again if I had a problem, and would surely recommend you to friends or neighbors. Pete Orlando is a good PR man for your company.

Technician Andrew N. was very prompt and polite. WHEN THE SERVICE MAN CAME HE WENT OVER EVERYTHING AND SAID WE NEEDED A NEW DOOR OPENER So I ASK HOW MUCH AND HE GAVE ME A PRICEON DIFFERENT ONES I PICK ONE AND SAID IS THAT EVERYTHING ,HE SAID YES BUT THEN THE BILL WAS 68 DOLLARS MORE BECAUSE OF THE SERVIVE FEE WHICH I THINK SHOULD OF BEEN IN THERE FOR HAVING THE WORK DONE ,EVERYTHING WAS FINE EXCEPT FOR THAT PART .AND I WILL PASS THIS ALONG TO MY FRIENDS
