I had a big problem with my garage door today. It opened, but then would not close. It was already mid afternoon and I was afraid no one would be available. I couldn’t leave the door opened and I won’t park my car on the street. The woman who answered my call was very nice and assured me I would get help today. Ethan arrived within the hour and he explained everything in detail and assured me it would be fixed today. He was pleasant and did great work! I totally recommend him and Precision!!

The tech (Ethan) was very helpful. He inspected and explained all the elements of my 35 year old system and outlined all my alternatives and what they would cost. In the end I had him do the minimum to get the door working again, although he recommended some additional work. After thinking about it, I will have him return to do some of that work.
