WHEN I HAD A NEW GARAGE DOOR OPENER PUT IN TWO YEARS AGO IT WAS THE BEST DECISSION , THE SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC , THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEIR WORK WAS NEAT AND CLEAN. our garage door has been having issues for a while. it's always been noisy. it's always been jerky. it clunks and changs and bangs and one day recently, stopped dropping all the way to the ground. called precision and they sent ethan to check it out. he was comprehensive and easy-to-understand as he walked me through the issues he found and out options for dealing with them. then he quickly and professionally went about repairing the door's issues. suddenly, it's smooth and quiet and nothing like it was when we moved in four years ago. i'd reco ethan and precision anytime, for any problem.
