I had a big problem with my garage door today. It opened, but then would not close. It was already mid afternoon and I was afraid no one would be available. I couldn’t leave the door opened and I won’t park my car on the street. The woman who answered my call was very nice and assured me I would get help today. Ethan arrived within the hour and he explained everything in detail and assured me it would be fixed today. He was pleasant and did great work! I totally recommend him and Precision!!

I looked for a garage door company on the internet and Precision had great user ratings and comments so I went to them. I was very happy with the work they did. They were great in problem solving and understood what my objective was and didn’t try to oversell me. They replaced two door openers and rusted wheels and brackets. If I ever need to service or need to replace the doors I will go to them. Great job.
