We've owned our home for 21 years and had Precision come out 3 times. Always a quick response, fair price and great work done. This time I received a call saying the technician was delayed. I asked for another tech because I've had major foot surgery lately and the garage is the only way that I can exit my home. Kelly was so understanding and arranged Kevin S. to come out within 30 minutes. He was quick, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Precision Garage have proven themselves once again!

Rob from Precision was a real pro. No wonder his nephews are looking up at him as their role model as explained in his bio sent out by the Company. He listened to us for our needs and presented us with different solutions for our garage problems for us to choose. Never pushing or pressuring us. He is supper patient and courteous. He arrived promptly at 8:30 am, assessed the job, gave me a quote, and completed the work. We discussed the initial installation of the two garage doors (not his work), and he worked diligently and with absolute dedication to finish the job. Tino did an outstanding job. He first assessed the situation, Indicated what he thought would be necessary to address the problem and indicated all costs before beginning any work. He was methodic in his procedures was conscious of maintaining a safe working environment. He described how all the new equipment functioned, programmed all of my remote controls both new and old and answered all of my questions. He was always pleasant and polite and even listened to an old man's stories without complaint.

Roberto called and showed up on time. He could not have been nicer or more helpful. I was on the cusp of being out of warranty and the company fixed my garage motor and didn’t charge me. I made the right decision going with Precision 5 years ago.
