Rob from Precision was a real pro. No wonder his nephews are looking up at him as their role model as explained in his bio sent out by the Company. He listened to us for our needs and presented us with different solutions for our garage problems for us to choose. Never pushing or pressuring us. He is supper patient and courteous. Even helped us set our cars Homelinks. He should win the Employee of the Months award for excellent client services! We highly recommend Precision because it has employees like Rob.

Customer service is easy to work with, pleasant and responsive. With a phone call I had an appointment set within in 10 minutes for the next day. My technician, Ferdinand Kazimov was fantastic. He arrived promptly at 8:30 am, assessed the job, gave me a quote, and completed the work. We discussed the initial installation of the two garage doors (not his work), and he worked diligently and with absolute dedication to finish the job. All the while he kept me informed of his progress and the issues he uncovered. A true professional. I would recommend him and your company to anyone looking for garage service.

Tino did an outstanding job. He first assessed the situation, Indicated what he thought would be necessary to address the problem and indicated all costs before beginning any work. He was methodic in his procedures was conscious of maintaining a safe working environment. He described how all the new equipment functioned, programmed all of my remote controls both new and old and answered all of my questions. He was always pleasant and polite and even listened to an old man's stories without complaint.

Your courteous service technician, Chris Aveta, arrived on time, was able to immediately identify the problem, professionally explain my available options, and then fixed the door! I would give Lou 100 stars! He was on time, thoughtful, patient, careful and persistent fixing 2 very old doors. You are lucky to have him working for you. He was a joy to have there! And he got them working as if they were new.
