The service technician Ethan showed up right in time. After going over the problem with the garage door. We discussed three option that was offered. After picking which option Etan went right to work to fix and replace the damaged parts. Ethan spent a couple of hours and explained every step of the work. Upon completion we checked and double checked the door. Ethan then did a great job in cleaning up He is a true asset to your company

Jon arrived at the appointment time and gave a very thorough inspection of the garage door and explained its workings and then made his recommendations as how to solve my issues. There were several solutions. When the method was chosen, he immediately began the repair process and completed it in minimum time. New operation instructions were given until I was comfortable with the new equipment. I have used this company before and have always been pleased with the business and their staff.
