Ethan was very professional. He analyzed my problem and informed me of several options. He was able to upgrade my opener system and instructed me on its usage. I was impressed by Rob, such a friendly guy that promptly assessed the state of my Garage Door and provided clear guidance on what was needed to make it work like new. He did a neat job fixing it and even provide guidance on the regular maintenance steps and suggested future improvements in the longer term. No doubt i will call them again to do the improvement in the future.

The service person, Ferdinand, arrived on time, identified the problem, told me my options and immediately went to work installing a new motor. What a great service. From the estimate to the installation, a pleasure dealing with Precision. The text message alerts letting me know when you were coming to the emails to confirming dates, were all great. Due to Covid and the supply chain issues, I was told upfront, the timing would be about 16 weeks to get the doors installed. It ended up taking 8 weeks. The installers were here on time. All their work was clean and precise. They cleaned up and took away the old doors and motors. Replaced the doors in no time and they work and look amazing. They walked me through the app install for the openers and set up the keypad codes as well. They left me with beautiful new doors, fully explained operation and a clean garage. Amazing.... I will recommend your company to all my friends and family. Thank you!

I have to say I have never seen a more professional operation glenn your service technician was great. Would not leave till all my questions were answered. Everything was cleaned up and taken away. I was having a problem with my opener and called on Sunday and you were able to fit me in. Never thought that would happen, and I would have to wait with my door open. You run a great operation
