Robert from Precision did a quick and superb job replacing the garage door motor, roller bearings, and cables, and also installed a remote keypad and camera. The difference in door operation is like night and day. I was very impressed with Precision. Their ease of scheduling, communication, and responsiveness was second to none. I strongly recommend them.

We had both of our door openers ( old and slow) replaced with hi - tech motors. Installer was thorough in explaining what he was doing and why. He walked us through the app that can open and close the doors and view the garage with the cameras. Tested the springs, rollers etc. Totally professional and friendly. We would highly recommend them.

Our experience with Precision is one of the best experiences we've ever had with a contractor. From the patience of the customer service rep who scheduled us to the expertise of the installer, we cannot recommend Precision enough. Communication, capability, affordability and warranty (!!) are all part of the deal. Precision sent a photo and bio of installer with an ETA in advance of arrival so we knew who to expect. All vendors should do this. Their expert Alan arrived on time, provided a reasonable estimate of work and completed the job (on both a new belt opener install and an old chain opener repair) as promised. We are so pleased with our now fully functional garage that we'll not only return for service but we happily recommend Precision to friends and family. Thank you, Precision!

Alan did a wonderful job inspecting and fixing the issue with the door. Precisions has an excellent system for those concerned with security - I get an SMS message when the technician is starting to leave for my house along with a picture of the tech which is nice. I was impressed by Rob, such a friendly guy that promptly assessed the state of my Garage Door and provided clear guidance on what was needed to make it work like new. He did a neat job fixing it and even provide guidance on the regular maintenance steps and suggested future improvements in the longer term.
