I was very satisfied with Tim Rainey's service. He is a true pro. 5 stars. Tim promptly serviced 2 of my garage doors replacing springs, pulleys and cables. He also lubed the garage door opener tracks which really helped with the noise. Great job Precision!

This is a 5 star company from start to finish. My experience on the phone with customer service let me hang up with a smile on my face and a sigh of relief that they would come on a Saturday. I knew that the technician would call me a half hour before he came. When he came, Rob was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I just knew that he was trustworthy, as well. He explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable choosing the service package. Very professional through and through! Tim R. solved every problem quickly and the door runs smoother and quieter than it ever has. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the physics of the system, so he analyzed all the minor adjustments required to ensure the door was working as designed and with minimal effort and stress on the opener.
