Repair man (Mike B. Dupre) was friendly and knowledgeable, made an appointment for anywhere from 10-2, they promptly showed up at 10:30, early than I expected. He did a good job of fixing our garage issue (broken spring, and rollers) albeit a little expensive it was well worth it as the service was paramount.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother. The installation was completed very neatly and professionally. In particular the young Technician named George was extremely polite to my mother who is 86 years old. He took the time to go over the operation of the new opener in detail and answer her questions. In our opinion George is an asset to your company through his professional conduct. Please pass along our compliment to him again. In addition I believe that your price was competitive and very fair. It would be great if you could feel this way about all home repairs.

One of our springs broke and the Precision tech, George did a great job explaining our options and the best approach for a long term solution. We ended up replacing both springs, all rollers and basically replacing all parts which over 12 years had worn away. My tech, Mike, called to tell me he would be arriving in about 15 minutes. Upon arrival, Mike surveyed my garage door opener and suggested the way to go. I told him that I wanted a quiet sounding door opener from what I had. At first I was a little hesitant on changing the metal rollers, but when Mike showed me the problem with them and suggested the other rollers I changed my mind. Thank God he did because when he was done and he showed me the final results I was very pleased. Thank you Mike!!!

To be honest I found about Presion garage from the yellow pages. I was not sure what to expect. Glen was my technician and his service was excellent. I called Precision Monday to make a Wednesday afternoon appointment. Chris came after an earlier call letting us know his approximate time of arrival. We have a broken spring. He inspected the doors. I told him that we plan to stay in the home and he recommended rebuilding the doors by replacing all the springs, rollers, pulleys and cables on the 2 old wooden doors. He got my approval prior to starting the job. In an hour the work was completed. I was very pleased with his advice and quality of work. Chris did an outstanding job. He is very competent and easy to deal with and I highly recommend Chris and Precision for any garage door-related jobs.
