This is a 5 star company from start to finish. My experience on the phone with customer service let me hang up with a smile on my face and a sigh of relief that they would come on a Saturday. I knew that the technician would call me a half hour before he came. When he came, Rob was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I just knew that he was trustworthy, as well. He explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable choosing the service package. Very professional through and through! This is the 2nd time I have used Precision and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a problem with any aspect of their garage door.

Replaced motor and all the parts with a new opener. We had a slight issue getting the garage door opener app to work - the Lou the technician stuck with it until it was working perfectly. Great professional service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lour and Precision Door Service. Thank you for prompt and awesome service. Esther

Tim R. solved every problem quickly and the door runs smoother and quieter than it ever has. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the physics of the system, so he analyzed all the minor adjustments required to ensure the door was working as designed and with minimal effort and stress on the opener. Tim will be requested for every service call in the future !

I chose Precision because of the great reviews. It helped that you provide same day service. Also great are your standards for technicians (background check, drug test, etc.) My technician, Chris Karnacewicz was terrific: polite, professional,on-time and efficient. I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service to others.

I am extremely happy with the service and professional manner of the Precision team. The consultation and installation/service were prompt and executed thoroughly and without incident. I have had my new garage door and opener for about 3 weeks now so I can't give a long term review of product but thus far everything looks and works great. Pricing was fair and better than other quotes I received from other companies. Our installer did an excellent job, and was hardworking and very helpful. I would absolutely recommend Precision to any consumer looking for garage door products and services. 5 Stars all the way. Thank you Precision!

I was extremely pleased with every aspect of your service -- from original order, through phone calls about appointments, and especially your two installers, Chris and Kenny, who could not have been more courteous, efficient, and good humored. You have a beautifully run business, and I will recommend you highly whenever I can.
