Repair man (Mike B. Dupre) was friendly and knowledgeable, made an appointment for anywhere from 10-2, they promptly showed up at 10:30, early than I expected. He did a good job of fixing our garage issue (broken spring, and rollers) albeit a little expensive it was well worth it as the service was paramount.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother. The installation was completed very neatly and professionally. In particular the young Technician named George was extremely polite to my mother who is 86 years old. He took the time to go over the operation of the new opener in detail and answer her questions. In our opinion George is an asset to your company through his professional conduct. Please pass along our compliment to him again. In addition I believe that your price was competitive and very fair. It would be great if you could feel this way about all home repairs.

George, the technician, was able to test, analyze and identify the issues, - actually more of them than I was aware of! - and fixed all of them very quickly and efficiently. One of our springs broke and the Precision tech, George did a great job explaining our options and the best approach for a long term solution. We ended up replacing both springs, all rollers and basically replacing all parts which over 12 years had worn away. My tech, Mike, called to tell me he would be arriving in about 15 minutes. Upon arrival, Mike surveyed my garage door opener and suggested the way to go. I told him that I wanted a quiet sounding door opener from what I had. At first I was a little hesitant on changing the metal rollers, but when Mike showed me the problem with them and suggested the other rollers I changed my mind. Thank God he did because when he was done and he showed me the final results I was very pleased. Thank you Mike!!!

To be honest I found about Presion garage from the yellow pages. I was not sure what to expect. Glen was my technician and his service was excellent. He was very thorough and explained to me what the issue was with my garage door. Gave me his professional advice and was sincere. He knew what he was talking about. I will definitely consider Precision garage down the road for any future work on my garage doors.

Lou was very professional, polite and efficient. He explained everything he had to do in order to replace the garage door motor, exterior pad, remote buttons and all other necessary items. He then programmed the pad and explained the operating instructions. I would surely recommend him for all service in the future.

Chris K. was fantastic! He called before he left from a previous job to give me his ETA. He was on time from what he mentioned on my voicemail and he walked through the options available for belt drive openers. Our old opener was ~30 years old and in sad shape. I selected the model I wanted and he started install immediately. After inspecting the rest of the parts (springs, rollers, hinges, etc.) he recommended that a couple of other items be replaced. Again, all at least 10 to 15 years old and I opted for spring and roller replacement. I ended up spending just over $1,000 but the opener is SUPER quiet and the new springs and rollers make it even better. Well worth the cost and Chris even helped me set up the key pad and programmed the 2 remotes with the new opener code and my other opener on the second garage door. I already downloaded the app so I can open close the door from my phone. It's so QUIET!! Chris cleaned up and was done in about 2 hours. Great job and I will call again when I need the other door springs and rollers replaced!
