A technician from Precision came to my home, within hours of the call for appointment, to repair the garage door opener. From the moment he arrived, George M. was as professional as could be. He looked over all components of the garage door and explained everything that he was doing as he went step-by-step. He discovered some safety issues left by the prior homeowner and missed by the home inspector. It turned out that we ultimately needed a new garage door opener (the existing one was 17 years old), which George installed along with making the necessary safety repairs. Then, he walked me through every repair that he made and explained the reason behind it, as well as how to maintain the repairs. I found precision by searching google for a reputable company to replace my two motors on the new house we just purchased. They were wonderful the first time around but since then I had 2 incidents that had nothing to do with the work they performed and both times my technician George rushed over to help me. These doors were new but there are many moving parts in garage doors I did not know about. He advised me he recommended and never made me feel like he was trying to "upsell" me anything. I felt like George was a good friend rather than a stranger. Now everything is fixed and George has completely blown away my expectations. I would definitely recommend precision and especially him to anyone in need of replacement or repair. Thanks for everything!

I called Precision Monday to make a Wednesday afternoon appointment. Chris came after an earlier call letting us know his approximate time of arrival. We have a broken spring. He inspected the doors. I told him that we plan to stay in the home and he recommended rebuilding the doors by replacing all the springs, rollers, pulleys and cables on the 2 old wooden doors. He got my approval prior to starting the job. In an hour the work was completed. I was very pleased with his advice and quality of work. Chris did an outstanding job. He is very competent and easy to deal with and I highly recommend Chris and Precision for any garage door-related jobs.

Repair man (Mike B. Dupre) was friendly and knowledgeable, made an appointment for anywhere from 10-2, they promptly showed up at 10:30, early than I expected. He did a good job of fixing our garage issue (broken spring, and rollers) albeit a little expensive it was well worth it as the service was paramount.

In particular the young Technician named George was extremely polite to my mother who is 86 years old. He took the time to go over the operation of the new opener in detail and answer her questions. One of our springs broke and the Precision tech, George did a great job explaining our options and the best approach for a long term solution. We ended up replacing both springs, all rollers and basically replacing all parts which over 12 years had worn away. My tech, Mike, called to tell me he would be arriving in about 15 minutes. Upon arrival, Mike surveyed my garage door opener and suggested the way to go. I told him that I wanted a quiet sounding door opener from what I had. At first I was a little hesitant on changing the metal rollers, but when Mike showed me the problem with them and suggested the other rollers I changed my mind. Thank God he did because when he was done and he showed me the final results I was very pleased. Thank you Mike!!!
