The technician pointed out issues in detail (confirming issues which I suspected) and provided me with my options. This way I had the more than enough information to make an informed decision. I asked for the old springs and cables replaced. It took only about 15 minutes to do that and now the door goes up, the door goes down efficiently.

Lou came by and the experience couldn't have gone any better. He was courteous, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained exactly what needed to be done and he completed it in a timely and efficient manner. If you need anything fixed with your garage, going anywhere else other than Precision would be a mistake. I’m sure all of the technicians do a great job but if you are lucky enough to have Lou knock on your door, you are in great hands.
