I had my garage door repaired today. I could not be happier with the service. It was so professional and transparent for the first call until the job was done. Erik was the technician that repaired the door. He was really great inspected the door explained what he found and walked me through the quote options. I am usually not in the habit of writing reviews, but in this case, I felt compelled to comment on the excellent service provided by Lou. He arrived well within the four hour window and did call about 20 minutes before arriving to let me know he was coming. He diagnosed the problem quickly and thoroughly explained what the issue was with the garage door opener. The opener now works as good as new. Great service all around. I do plan on using Precision for all of my future garage door needs.

A rep came to replace springs and cables on my garage door. They were prompt and called prior to arriving so I knew when to expect them. The work was done efficiently. A week or so after the work was completed I needed them to come back and tweek an issue with the way the door was closing. They were very pleasant and accommodating in scheduling the appointment and coming to service the door. A week later I had the same issue and again called to have them return. Again, they were very very professional in handling the appointment and making the arrangements to have a technician return. The point being, they never made me feel as if I were just a difficult customer. They approached the return trips as if it were their first visit. I understand that things don't always work out perfectly the first time so I appreciate the follow-up service even more. There's a lot to be said about getting the job done right - and that was the end result.
