Service technician Chris was very informative and explained everything as he went from one thing to the other. We are very pleased with the service performed when we had to replace our garage door opener. Making the appointment was done rapidly and politely. Lou R was our technician and we can not say enough good things about the work he did. He gave us all the options from repair to replacement of our opener. When we decided to replace the opener, he gave us 3 options and explained each one thoroughly. There was NO pressure from Lou. He just explained, answered our questions and when the decision was made, went immediately to work. The installation was performed quickly and the area was completely spotless when he finished. It was quality from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend your company. In fact, I have already recommended you to my neighbor.
