George was my technician. He was friendly, direct and very knowledgeable. He immediately diagnosed the problem and presented me with my options. If all of your technicians are as personable and well-trained as George you should see a lot of 5 star ratings of the work you do.

I was not at liberty to be present at the home (have tenants) so George took the time to calmly and clearly explain the issue as I am not an expert. He was very helpful to repair on such short notice and he kept me in the loop during the entire process over the phone. We will definitely refer him to everyone that we know. Thank you!

I was so upset when I could not leave my garage. By coincidence, I called your company, only to find out that my late husband had used you in the past. What a relief. The men arrived in about an hour, did the job, were extremely nice, and I have a working garage door. I was so pleased. Thank you very much. HOWEVER, PLEASE SEND ME THE INVOICE. Thank you.

Lou R & Mike were very professional. They checked everything out and then went over our options . They explained everything so that we could understand it and make an informed decision. Then they did the work efficiently and made sure they checked EVERYTHING. They also made adjustments that they didn't have to, to make sure that it all worked well.

From the 9 pm call to the office, which was answered professionally, courteously, and helpfully, to the next-day repair by Vince, everything went beautifully. Vince called to see if he could come a bit earlier than scheduled - that worked out great. He explained everything, did his work efficiently and well, and was a really nice guy about it. I would highly recommend this company.
