Very friendly, professional, reliable service.. the garage door is perfect and Brian even added a rope so I can reach it easier! The new order was excellently handled by Louis and there was no sales pressure. I was pleasantly surprised , and glad when the technician Lou, called me an 1hr and 15 minutes before the scheduled 4:00pm-8:00pm, letting me know that he was available, and if it worked for me, he could start earlier. Lou is courteous, knowledgeable about his craft and professional, I ordered the lift master opener, and he pointed out that my hardware was worn, I didn't hesitate, I told him to take care of it as well, best suggestion, garage door is like new, I received five star service, from a five star employee.

The spring on our garage door snapped one night - very scary! We called Precision Door Service, they were very professional and scheduled an appointment to come out the very next day. Drew arrived on time and had a fully stocked truck. Our door, and motor, was original and older, so a couple of things needed to be brought up to current code, and we changed out the opener to a newer quiet one with a keypad outside - very helpful! We have had to do work on garage doors/openers at previous homes, it is never a cost you want to spend, but a necessary one. Thank you Drew and Precision!

Tim just came out to give me an estimate on a new garage door. He was extremely professional, thorough and honest. I have done extensive renovations on my home over the last 10 years and dealt with a lot of different contractors and servicemen. He was by far, the nicest and easiest to work with. Also, Precision's prices were very fair as I had gotten two other estimates. I'm excited for my new garage door installation in a few weeks!
