Brian was very considerate, he called me even before my appt time and a heads up to approximately what time he will get to me. Eventhough I know nothing about the mechanism at all, Brian was very patience in explaining all the tech stuff and making sure that I know what is needed for my garage door to start working. He was pretty quick and efficient at his work and my garage door has been working perfectly since the installations of all the mechanism that is needed.

Paul did not try to upsell me anything, he explained what his recommendations are for my situation and gave me a very fair pricing. The gear and sprocket went on my 20+ old liftmaster garage door opener. Nick was great at diagnosing the issue and explaining it thoroughly.
