Our garage door opener suddenly stopped working, so we called Precision Door for help. Their serviceman Vincent DiGerolamo came out to our home on Sunday, August 7. He was punctual, courteous, hardworking, trustworthy, and very professional. He answered all our questions about the problems and gave us advice on how to order the right device we need to keep the house safe. I have used Precision before & was quite satisfied. Earlier this week I had a problem and called them. They sent a technician - Vince Gerolamo, who was wonderful! He arrived on time, giving me a heads-up call to tell me he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explaining & showing me so that I would understand why I needed the part he would replace. He actually did a sort of "before & after" which was most helpful & as I said, allowed me to understand what he was doing & why. He was both friendly and very professional. Next time I need Precision, I am definitely going to request Vince! Thanks Precision & especially Vince.....

On July 25, 2016 Lou R. from precision garage door company came to repair my garage door. After looking at the door Lou presented several options in a very professional and knowledgeable way. We had a very positive experience with him, unbelievably friendly and very honest, he never put any pressure on us and that is what's best as far as I'm concerned. He put a new motor and changed all that was needed to be changed. What a friendly positive, polite, amazing man to have come to my house and help us out. He deserves 15 stars in diamonds.
