Old rollers came off the tracks, a cable frayed and my garage door was jammed shut. A phone call brought Kevin S. to my home within an hour. The gear and sprocket went on my 20+ old liftmaster garage door opener. Nick was great at diagnosing the issue and explaining it thoroughly. He installed a new unit and explained all the features in a clear and understandable manner. He was very pleasant and friendly and left the area spotless. Great and professional job.
