Mike was the technician who came to repair my garage door openers. He called en route and arrived promptly. He was courteous, professional and knew exactly how to diagnose the issue and resolve it. He was fair and explained what had to be done and what he did thoroughly. Doug - if everyone at Precision is as capable as Mike, if you not a very wealthy guy by now, you will be! Thanks to Mike!

Dear Vince, I really appreciate you helping my mother and brother and fixing the garage door. You were very professional and did what you said you were going to do, that is very rare today. Unfortunately, there are a lot of dishonest people in your business. It's really a pleasure to work with someone like you. I will be sure to call you when my garage doors need repair. I will try to refer you to as many people as I can. Thank you !!

We had a slight problem with our garage door not closing properly. Since Precision is the company we used to work on our garage door previously, I called to have it serviced. They came as scheduled and called prior to arriving. Chris, the technician, made the necessary adjustments in no time. He was most pleasant and very professional. I was very grateful and can highly recommend Precision Door Service.

From contact to completion the experience with Precision door was well above what other trades do. I was scheduled when i needed with a level of politeness most companies should try. I received a follow-up confirmation with whom my tech would be so I had a level of comfort. Vince called prior to arriving and showed up on time and was the perfect professional. He diagnosed my door, offered several solutions and completed the work in a timely and excellent fashion. Pricing was fair and the work perfect. My door never worked so well. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone.
