Our garage door opener suddenly stopped working, so we called Precision Door for help. Their serviceman Vincent DiGerolamo came out to our home on Sunday, August 7. Garage door fell down position due to broken spring and other worn parts. Making an appt was easy via phone and technician came on time. He was polite and knowledgeable. I have used Precision before & was quite satisfied. Earlier this week I had a problem and called them. They sent a technician - Vince Gerolamo, who was wonderful! He arrived on time, giving me a heads-up call to tell me he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explaining & showing me so that I would understand why I needed the part he would replace. He actually did a sort of "before & after" which was most helpful & as I said, allowed me to understand what he was doing & why. He was both friendly and very professional. Next time I need Precision, I am definitely going to request Vince! Thanks Precision & especially Vince.....
