Brian was very considerate, he called me even before my appt time and a heads up to approximately what time he will get to me. Eventhough I know nothing about the mechanism at all, Brian was very patience in explaining all the tech stuff and making sure that I know what is needed for my garage door to start working. He was pretty quick and efficient at his work and my garage door has been working perfectly since the installations of all the mechanism that is needed.

This is the second time inhabebcalled and both times I have had competent, friendly and fair technicians. Paul did not try to upsell me anything, he explained what his recommendations are for my situation and gave me a very fair pricing. I am happy with the whole experience and recommend precision with complete confidence. Great company!!! He replaced bolts and fixed some other issues that now make my door run perfectly

Old rollers came off the tracks, a cable frayed and my garage door was jammed shut. A phone call brought Kevin S. to my home within an hour.
