We are very pleased with the service performed when we had to replace our garage door opener. Making the appointment was done rapidly and politely. Lou R was our technician and we can not say enough good things about the work he did. He gave us all the options from repair to replacement of our opener. When we decided to replace the opener, he gave us 3 options and explained each one thoroughly. There was NO pressure from Lou.
