The service people came on time, evaluated the situation, explained my options, then completed the work efficiently and professionally. They did not try to sell me more than I needed. They came with everything they neede to get the job done. The only question is how reasonable the price was. Service was terrific. Technician Kevin Bond, showed up exactly on time, even called when he was on the way. Diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the trolley on the opener rail. Door works perfectly now and after a bit of lubrication noise was considerably less. Great job
