Overall, it was a very good service experience. The technician, Brian H, called me 30 minutes before to provide an ETA. He was able to immediately assess the issue and provided me with options. He took the time to listen to me and check up on the warranty that I may be eligible for. He called the office and confirmed that the warranty still applies. He was able to quickly complete the service call. Very good experience from calling for the appointment till the completion of the call.

Impressed!! On the weekend of Fourth of July, my garage door stopped working and Prescision came out on that Sunday. Wow! Our technician, Brian B. was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and just down right a great guy. Even before he came Brian called to confirm and when our schedule needed to be adjusted he was unbelievably accommodating. It is very few and far between to get great service like this nowadays. The repair was quality work and Brian was thorough with identifying the parts that needed to be repaired and the parts that were in good lasting condition. I would recommend Precision any day and Brian B. is a great technician and excellent representative. Nice job guys!

I had two doors and opener installed by Dave. The entire process from selecting to installation could not have been smoother. I had attempted to get a quote from another company and they were having so much trouble even arranging that appointment! Precision handled everything very efficiently with no issues at all. The sales rep quickly showed me the options, we settled on the doors and two weeks later they are here and working perfectly. Dave worked extremely hard all day and left me with a much appreciated upgrade to my home. Highly recommended.

Truly impressed with Precision , always a representative to speak with and in this day and age it is wonderful to have a company respond so quickly. The technician Brian B. was courteous and called before he came. Brian is knowledgeable about all parts of the garage doors and explained in detail what needed to be done to keep our 23 yr old doors in good working condition. He explained the doors were in good condition, but the working parts needed to be replaced - we had broken springs and frayed cables. He gave me different price options and again went over all details. Our doors are like new. I would definitely recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door and Brian B for service.

Purchased The Angie's List Special ($111 New Quiet Rollers) The Girl from Precision called immediately to schedule my appointment. Kevin (The Technician called to let me know when he would be arriving) He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable, it seems my old springs (Installed by Sears) were the wrong size (that's why my garage door would not stay open) he replaced my old rollers and installed 2-new springs (extra $214) and my garage door now works perfectly and is easy to open and close. Spring broke on our 40+ year garage door. Replacement of door was recommended because of age of door. New door was installed about 5 days after problem arose [original technician came same day as Precision was called]. Technician who actually installed new door was knowledgeable, had the necessary equipment, careful and neat. Good job.

I called Precision last year and the technician performed a minor 20 second bracket adjustment. He could not have been more professional, courteous and kind. Because of that single experience I called Precision this week to come check out both of my garage door openers. Chris came to the house today. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and did not apply any sales pressure. Well, we bought 2 new openers today, which Chris had readily available in his truck, and the install was fast, clean and professional. The technician pointed out issues in detail (confirming issues which I suspected) and provided me with my options. This way I had the more than enough information to make an informed decision. I asked for the old springs and cables replaced. It took only about 15 minutes to do that and now the door goes up, the door goes down efficiently.

Lou came by and the experience couldn't have gone any better. He was courteous, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained exactly what needed to be done and he completed it in a timely and efficient manner. If you need anything fixed with your garage, going anywhere else other than Precision would be a mistake.
