I had Pete O as my service tech. He installed a new Garage Door Opener and showed me some other things that were wrong with my garage doors. I wondered why they seemed noisy? Bad rollers. Nice and quite now and I learned never to use WD-40 on the rollers and springs. Use silicone spray instead. Good service call with a great technician. Joe

My technician was Lou R. He kept me informed as to his arrival status, was polite, informative and qualified. The door was repaired and given a tune up and functions well now. Drew arrived promptly at around 2pm. Took a look at our door and informed me of my options. I was told it could all be done during this service call in about 2 hours. Well, he lied!
