I was in need of two new garage doors in a pinch and Precision Doors sent out Vince to help me. I couldn't be happier with the different options and price ranges that were offered to help me stay within my budget and still get a top quality product. Also I was surprised with how fast everything was put together from the proposal to the finish product !! The door looks great ! Thanks Vince and Precision Doors.

Our garage door opener suddenly stopped working, so we called Precision Door for help. Their serviceman Vincent DiGerolamo came out to our home on Sunday, August 7. He was punctual, courteous, hardworking, trustworthy, and very professional. He answered all our questions about the problems and gave us advice on how to order the right device we need to keep the house safe. He did an amazing job and we will recommend him to our friends, Thank You, Vincent.

I have used Precision before & was quite satisfied. Earlier this week I had a problem and called them. They sent a technician - Vince Gerolamo, who was wonderful! He arrived on time, giving me a heads-up call to tell me he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explaining & showing me so that I would understand why I needed the part he would replace. He actually did a sort of "before & after" which was most helpful & as I said, allowed me to understand what he was doing & why. He was both friendly and very professional. Next time I need Precision, I am definitely going to request Vince! Thanks Precision & especially Vince.....

On July 25, 2016 Lou R. from precision garage door company came to repair my garage door. After looking at the door Lou presented several options in a very professional and knowledgeable way. We had a very positive experience with him, unbelievably friendly and very honest, he never put any pressure on us and that is what's best as far as I'm concerned. He put a new motor and changed all that was needed to be changed. What a friendly positive, polite, amazing man to have come to my house and help us out. He deserves 15 stars in diamonds. If all of your workers are like this man Lou I tip my hat to precision garage door company. Thank you again Lou and I will be recommending you to everyone that I know. Good Luck and May God Bless you and your beautiful family....

Overall, it was a very good service experience. The technician, Brian H, called me 30 minutes before to provide an ETA. He was able to immediately assess the issue and provided me with options. He took the time to listen to me and check up on the warranty that I may be eligible for. He called the office and confirmed that the warranty still applies. He was able to quickly complete the service call. Very good experience from calling for the appointment till the completion of the call.

Impressed!! On the weekend of Fourth of July, my garage door stopped working and Prescision came out on that Sunday. Wow! Our technician, Brian B. was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and just down right a great guy. Even before he came Brian called to confirm and when our schedule needed to be adjusted he was unbelievably accommodating. It is very few and far between to get great service like this nowadays. The repair was quality work and Brian was thorough with identifying the parts that needed to be repaired and the parts that were in good lasting condition. I would recommend Precision any day and Brian B. is a great technician and excellent representative. Nice job guys!

I had two doors and opener installed by Dave. The entire process from selecting to installation could not have been smoother. I had attempted to get a quote from another company and they were having so much trouble even arranging that appointment! Precision handled everything very efficiently with no issues at all. The sales rep quickly showed me the options, we settled on the doors and two weeks later they are here and working perfectly. Dave worked extremely hard all day and left me with a much appreciated upgrade to my home. Highly recommended.

Truly impressed with Precision , always a representative to speak with and in this day and age it is wonderful to have a company respond so quickly. The technician Brian B. was courteous and called before he came. Brian is knowledgeable about all parts of the garage doors and explained in detail what needed to be done to keep our 23 yr old doors in good working condition. He explained the doors were in good condition, but the working parts needed to be replaced - we had broken springs and frayed cables. He gave me different price options and again went over all details. Our doors are like new. I would definitely recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door and Brian B for service.

Purchased The Angie's List Special ($111 New Quiet Rollers) The Girl from Precision called immediately to schedule my appointment. Kevin (The Technician called to let me know when he would be arriving) He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable, it seems my old springs (Installed by Sears) were the wrong size (that's why my garage door would not stay open) he replaced my old rollers and installed 2-new springs (extra $214) and my garage door now works perfectly and is easy to open and close. I'm very Happy and I would definitely recommend Precision Doors. Thanks Angie's List and Kevin
