Precision has serviced our garage doors this year. They respond quickly and completely, sending excellent technicians. A cable shredded on one of our doors. Gaetano arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, and did it. He answered any questions we had. We are thinking of getting new doors. Gaetano's answers were not a sales pitch, just informative. We are grateful for that and will get new doors this spring.

I called and got an appointment for service the next day. A 4 hour window was given and the operator took all pertinent information. The day of the appointment, Lou called 30 minutes before arrival. Lou arrived right on time. Personable, knowledgeable, pride of ownership are words I would use to describe Lou. My 29 year old garage door now works as good as new, all new parts were installed and Lou was thorough, making sure every last detail was covered. Money WELL spent!!

Not only did I receive a confirmation email for my appointment but the technician called when he was on his way. He was friendly, professional and gave me an estimate before starting any work. Peet did a great job. Called before the appointment, was on time and friendly. He quickly fixed the bolts that had pulled out of the door with a new bracket and everything works well. This is the second time I have used Precision and I would recommend their services. When I called on Saturday to ask for service, the agent responded with my name as they kept good records of my details per my mobile phone number. The whole thing started well and ended well. Credit guys.

I called after 10pm on a Friday night and was sent an email telling me someone would be at my house between 1 and 5 Saturday. At 1pm or so the truck pulled up a very nice young man hopped out went to work and replaced springs on both doors and was done by 230. Never have I received such great service. The company and the technician, Lou, both deserve 5 stars. My garage door would not go down on a bitter cold day and Precision was able to fit me into the schedule even though it meant that Lou had to work a very long day. After determining that I needed a new opener, mine was at the end of its' life, Lou did great work and took time to clearly explain everything to me. It was a pleasure doing business with Precision and Lou.

I had Pete O as my service tech. He installed a new Garage Door Opener and showed me some other things that were wrong with my garage doors. I wondered why they seemed noisy? Bad rollers. Nice and quite now and I learned never to use WD-40 on the rollers and springs. Use silicone spray instead. Good service call with a great technician. Joe
