Had an appointment between 8-12 and as promised, my technician called to say he was on his way and would be there soon. Not a minute later, my technician called back and asked if he could pick me up a cup of coffee or something! The customer service stayed that way throughout the entire visit. I would use these guys every time!

We chose Precision because of the commercials on TV. My garage door still does not talk, however. We needed a new door opener, cables, and assorted hardware. We were completely satisfied with the level of service, the time for the repairs, and the technician was a complete pro. I would give Precision * * * * * (5 stars).

Precision was amazingly quick to respond to my broken garage door and opener. Andrew, a technician, was there within a day of my call to Precision. He gave me several choices for repair and replacement, and did not pressure me to spend more than necessary. Chris installed my new door and opener. He was thorough, kept the work area clean, and did an excellent job explaining the new opener. I will always call Precision for any garage door repair work...but I shouldn't need a technician's assistance any time soon!

no doubt about it... 5 stars... Chris was my service man and had my garage door repaired and leveled within the 30 minutes he estimated... however, while we were finalizing the invoice, and for the first time in Chris's career, the spring broke and cables were flying over our heads. Needless to say, Chris had the challenge in hand and installed the new springs and cables without delay. I really like your professionalism, promptness and your fully stocked trucks. The sping on our garage door broke (my husband thinks due to the cold weather) and Precision Door came the same day and fixed it. Since the sping broke overnight, my car was stuck in the garage. So, they were able to fix the spring with my car in the way. We are grateful for the quick, professional service.

Your Technician, Kevin S., was very imformative and a pleaseure to deal with, very professional, knowledgeable and personable. The reason for the service was that one of the spring on one of my doors broke. Kevin suggested that I have a "Rebuild" performed, since I needed to get the door open, I agreed to have both doors done. After speaking with other people who had the same thing done, I was kind of taken back at how much more expensive Precision was. But my doors work fine, I'm very happy with the service that Kevin provided. I gave Kevin S 5 stars

I called late Thursday afternoon. Technician arrived as scheduled by 9 am the next day. An estimate was given within 15 minutes. All parts,including a new motor, were on the truck. Repairs and installation was completed in about one hour. Best contractor I have hired within the last 32 years of owning a home.

I was very impressed with the thorough nature of the technician's (Pete's) approach to our reserve battery placement problem. He gave the entire garage door apparatus of meticulous check to make certain that everything was just perfect, explaining the process each step of the way. Pete arrived as scheduled on time. He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it. He also found my unit had no backup battery which it should have. He installed the battery. He reprogrammed all the remotes even those in built into the newer cars. Also Pete's deportment and grammar were that of an english teacher.

Kevin arrived with in the time frame quoted. He was dressed neatly with the company name on his jacket. He was very polite. He reviewed the service order and started right to work. After he finished the tune up, he showed me what he had done. He offered helpful advice about the care of the garage door. This was our first time using Precision and it was a pleasant experience.
