Brian is an excellent technician. He was running a little late, but called to let us know the approximate time he would arrive, which we appreciated. He was pleasant, and knowledgeable. He is an asset to your company and it was a pleasure to do business with him. We also appreciated that you confirm by email the time of the appointment and technician who is providing the service.

After two service visits - first visit: no problem uncovered, but two cables were replaced. Second visit after same problem returned - it was determined that the "eye" was blinking - should have been constant. Eye was straightened and cleaned off - and hopefully the problem of the door not closing all the way was resolved. I hope!
