Fantastic service! Not only is the website easy to navigate and tells you all you need to know about the company and what they do, the customer service is top tier. The tech expert, Tom Sackmann, who performed the service for me today was professional, genuine, and totally customer centric. After conducting about a 10 minute walk through, he provided me with multiple options to choose from, depending on what I was looking for. There was full transparency, trust, and from start to finish, my garage door was working perfectly within an hour. My technician arrived on time. His qualifications were sent to me before he came. Our problem was immediately solved!! Only after I asked for him to check out a few things while he was here, he was able to suggest what might go wrong in a little while. I then opted to add an additional new battery, knowing full well it would add to the ost of service. The fact that he was able to make that decision was extremely comforting.

Precision answered their phone immediately . I had a Doc Appt and my car was stuck in my garage. I had a list of errands to complete. Call Precision, set up a SAME DAY appointment, lyft to Doc. When I returned I got a message that Tom was running a little late but was still in the window of time. Tom called a few min later to say he was on his way. Gave us three estimate, worked with our needs and got everything done in time for me to get my errands done. Bravo!
