Very satisfied with the service provided. John was very professional, arrived on time and gave me a complete run down of the work he did to tune up our garage door. We are a longtime customer of Precision, and have recommended family and friends. Thank you!

Luke was very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived within the designated time and efficiently addressed the issue. And when I had problems programming the remote after he had already left for his next appointment, he was nice enough to come back and propose solutions to resolve the issue.

I contacted Precision Garage on Tuesday late evening. Alan Ramirez was at our house on Wednesday morning to look at the garage door my wife banged while backing up. Alan was highly professional and courteus. He looked at the damage carefully and explained all options to me. He clearly demonstrated his expertise on the garage doors. We decided to replace the door. He carefully measured all dimensions, looked at matching colors etc. I highly commend Alan and Precision Garage and look forward to an early installation of the new garage door.

Pro Booking online: fast and easy, my requested time was easily available with several time slot options. Frequent text reminder, a plus. Day of service: Reminder sent via text, with name of serviceman, tracking of vehicle and its arrival lessened the anxiety and frustration of having to wait for an entire 4-5 hour window. Serviceman: Alan R arrived 5 minutes ahead of schedule, very professional and when he saw the problem, he also added some more items of concern but without any sales pressure. Job: He said the job can be done in 2 hours and he was right on the dot. He then explained his work in detail, and showed a very operational garage door at the end of the job. Con Price: I was surprised $$$ but accepted the price because I felt the job and experience was very good, but the invoice did not show the breakdown of the parts and labor cost so I would know the prevailing and comparable cost from other contractors. Thank you

Yesterday, I had an issue with my garage door, it would not open fully and remained immobile despite repeated attempts to open the garage door with the single button mounted externally on the side of the garage. So I called Precision Garage Door Service yesterday and the customer care agent was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Mr. Alan Ramirez- service technician arrived this morning and did an assessment- Upon inspection, he found a snap cable and recommended all internal parts- rollers, cables and spring cables be replaced as they have maxed out their longevity. He was very professional and completed the work in 45 minutes. Thank you Alan and Precision Garage Door Service! Highly recommend this company!

We had a cable break on our garage door. Being new to the area, we didn’t know who to call. Looking at our local Facebook page, Precision was recommended. I called on Thursday afternoon, and they scheduled a tech for Friday morning. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. He assessed both doors since he was here, gave us his assessment and the options for both. We had the repair done, as well as a higher end maintenance on the door we use several times a day, and a more middle level maintenance done on the door we only use to get our lawnmower out of the garage. He performed the work same day. It was quite a relief as we were having a party the next day, and we use the garage entrance quite often for us and guests. We will definitely reach out in the future if the need arises.

I was very happy with Luke's work and workmanship. After thoroughly examining my old (failed) opener, he was clear in explaining what my options were and what his reasoning was. 12 years ago I personally installed the old opener as well as other more minor garage door maintenance over the years so I felt good about his work.

Communications from Precision were excellent. I was notified that my serviceman Luke was on the way. He arrived and was very friendly and courteous, and listened attentively to me when I explained the problem with the motor for my garage door. He opened it up, explained the problem and then presented my options for repair or replacement and the costs of each. He made the repair, tested the door and then finalized the invoice. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to any potential customers.

I just completed a review of my experience this morning with Luke, and I gave him an A+. Yes, my expectations were solved, and Luke could not have been more courteous or pleasant as he was working in my garage. He was helpful in explaining how the new garage door opener works. I also liked the fact that Precision was able to give me the morning appt. I requested and did inform me by e-mail (NOT TEXT) that Luke was on his way so I knew just when he would be arriving. In general, Precision, to me, seems to be a professional company, and if all the techs are like Luke, well, that's even better.
