Gaetano C. was extremely courteous, he called while in route to inform me that he was being delayed by traffic and would arrive in 10 mins which was still sooner then the promised time frame. When he arrived he introduced himself and then went about the task of assesing the situation. He inspected the door and the springs and all the door mechanisms. He explained what was needed and what he was going to do and what it will cost to repair the problem. He fixed in timely manner, he was efficient, friendly and very courteous.

Our garage door was damaged on Saturday night, so we went to the internet for help. Passing over the numerous shady "garage door repair" websites, we arrived at Precision's, which appeared to be the only legitimate one out there. We called at 10PM Saturday, spoke to a live operator, scheduled an appointment for Monday morning, got the name of the technician, Brian B., who was scheduled to come, read his bio and his reviews on the website, and hoped for the best. Brian arrived on time on Monday, despite an ice storm, opted to repair, rather than replace, the bottom panel on our garage door, and charged an eminently reasonable price. A week in, and the door continues to look flawless, and function perfectly. This reviewer is a 100% satisfied customer.

From the beginning: (my phone call) to the end, (when job was completed) I can't recall anything that could be done better. Very nice girl made an appointment for next morning. Kevin Stasiak was here at exact time we agreed on, in 5 minutes he explained what's wrong with the door, gave me an estimate and after my OK, started working. He did an excellent job, the door works like new. And then he took his time to explain to me how the door should be maintained to avoid problems in the future. Service Technician "Drew" determined that my garage door wouldn't open because a roller was off the track. He successfully replaced the roller and checked that all mechanical parts were working properly. He explained that it is quite rare for a roller to come off the track and it shouldn't happen again. Unfortunately, the manual door lock got caught when Drew raised/lowered the door, which resulted in damage to two panels. Drew reported this to Precision and assured me the two panels would be replaced at no charge to me. Despite this accidental occurrence, I would recommend Precision to anyone. Drew and the other technicians I have met are professional and courteous. Also, Precision honored the Lifetime Warranty that came with the garage door they installed four year ago.
