Our service tech was Pete and he was fabulous. He explained in detail why our 8 year old, builder-installed garage door opener was deafeningly loud for years and then suddenly no longer functioning. He then installed a new Liftmaster Belt Drive opener and re-balanced our door and the end product is AMAZING... very quiet and can take the heavy use we require. And, our tech was on time for the appointment which made us feel valued as a customer!

I had Tim come to elevate my broken garage door. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. Originally I was hoping to repair it, but he thoroughly showed and explained to me the issues, and that it would actually cost about the same price to get a new, attractive, and much safer/durable one. I was in no way pressured to order a new door as opposed to repairing the current one. I look forward to having my new carriage style door in the near future, and feel confident that it will be safe and increase the value of my home. Thank you.

Vinnie has been great! My garage door system was installed in approximately two hours and I had access to my garage once again! The reason I called Precision turned out not to be the problem (only embarrass myself if i explain). After the problem was solved Brandon explained to me that my system needed to be updated. Did not push me and even told me my present garage door was a good quality. Once I agreed to the upgrade he completed the job right then.

This tech was knowledgable, curtious, prompt. We needed one liftmaster replaced but decided to do the double door as well since it was 19 years old. Tech phoned to let me know he was on his way, etc. Helped program my car, did all the remotes, etc. etc. Need to give this guy a raise and a promotion. Rarely do I have this kind of service! Doors are also SOOOO quiet!
