Tim is a perfect representative for your company. He very professionally and knowledgeably evaluated my very old opener and even older garage doors, presented various options available to me, and answered every question I had, all without ever pushing for a sale. When I decided the best route for me was to replace the doors and opener, his input was invaluable in determining the door model that would best meet my needs, and it was NOT the most expensive one! He could not have been any more honest in the suggestions he made. In my mind Tim is Precision, and it was a delight doing business with him. There's no doubt in my mind that your installation team will be just as professional as Tim.

Better than new! Andrew was professional, knowledgeable and has a great personality. He showed me what was broken and what was in good shape. My options were clearly explained to me so that I didn't spend money on things that I didn't need. Once we decided on the work to be performed, he completed the job quickly and efficiently and removed all of the old hardware.I highly recommend him!

Service Technician "Drew" determined that my garage door wouldn't open because a roller was off the track. He successfully replaced the roller and checked that all mechanical parts were working properly. He explained that it is quite rare for a roller to come off the track and it shouldn't happen again. Unfortunately, the manual door lock got caught when Drew raised/lowered the door, which resulted in damage to two panels. Drew reported this to Precision and assured me the two panels would be replaced at no charge to me. Despite this accidental occurrence, I would recommend Precision to anyone. Drew and the other technicians I have met are professional and courteous. Also, Precision honored the Lifetime Warranty that came with the garage door they installed four year ago.

Amazing service... My call for an appt was handled immediately with a service tech scheduled for the same day. Gaetano showed up by noon, educated us on the different ways we could handle fixing our garage door opener. Pointed out another issue we had and fixed that as well. He did not try to sell us on anything we did not need nor push for us to fix something that was not broken. He was courteous, professional and efficient. I would definitely use this service again and would recommend them to others.

My only complaint is that I was mistakenly quoted $X.00 a foot for the gasket when I scheduled the service call and Gaetano showed me on the computer that the price was wrong and I paid $X.00 a foot.

Pete did a great job explaining the various options I had to sync our new keypad. We had purchased a "universal" remote; however, it wasn't the correct one to work with our very old opener/motor. We were able to purchase a new keypad from Precision & have it installed right then and there since they carry many different products to solve your garage door problems right on their trucks. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience from the time I made the appointment which was done very professionally & she reassured me someone would call before they came. Pete called on his way to the appointment which I really appreciated. He was professional,yet friendly and was able to accomplish the job very quickly. I would definitely call Precision again!
