Very satisfied with the service. Technician was very professional. he called me at work and explained what needed to be repaired and what it would cost. The repair was done on Monday and the door is opened a few times a day (at least 4-6). So far no problems. Thank you, Priscilla Farnsworth

I called to make the appointment and never gave my neighbor's name although we share a garage. For some reason, she was called today and her name was on the work order. I then called the office to give the technician my cell phone number as I waited in the garage. Apparently the information was not relayed to him. I am pleased with the technician's work but not with the communication from the office.
