I called Precision Garage Door twice in the last two weeks. I found them to be reliable and professional. More importantly, the two service workers who came could not have been nicer, They knew how to do the job and were very efficient. I would use them again without a second thought! They were called in to repair the garage door before and after the storm.

Precision did a great job to replace a damaged garage door spring. Brandon arrived on time and only took one hour to perform the replacement and also install theft protection devices on both door systems. Brandon knows his business well and provided superior customer service. I'll use Precision again in the future and recommend them to my neighbors.

Your technician, Tim Rainey, quickly identified the problems we were having with the garage door many times not responding to the electronic signal to open---he specifically pointed out that our vintage-1985 door openers were on a frequency that was most probably being compromised by TV dishes on our neighbors properties. ( It sounded reasonable and not being an expert on the subject assumed he was completely candid about the situation ). We discussed any fix that might be possible but in the end he convinced us that the best route was to install new openers---so we now have two

I called to make the appointment and never gave my neighbor's name although we share a garage. For some reason, she was called today and her name was on the work order. I then called the office to give the technician my cell phone number as I waited in the garage. Apparently the information was not relayed to him. I am pleased with the technician's work but not with the communication from the office.
