I find Robert Zimmerman to be an exceptionally courteous and capable technician. We had a tough repair and he just solved it in a short time for minimal expense. I think another company would have told me I needed to purchase a new door. I think your company is fantastic. Scheduling was superb. I made contact on their web site Sunday. Called Monday. The window was between 1pm and 5pm, but I couldn't get home from work till 3:30. Well I got a call from Drew (tech) at 4:10 saying he would be there in 20mins. WOW timing could not have been better. Well Drew looked over the job and explained everything very clearly. I opted for a complete spring, pulley, cable and roller job. I felt it was a bit pricey but along with the price comes piece of mind, quality parts and a lifetime warrantee. GOOD JOB!

The technician identified the problem immediately and replaced the springs in a very timely manner. Cleaned up after the job and was very informative about the companies products and services. I would recommend them highly. I called another garage door place and they told me that a technician wouldn't be out to me the next day even though they said same day service in yellow pages. I next called Precision Garage and they sent the technician the same day.

I called Precision on a late afternoon, described the problem and they scheduled a service call for early the next morning. The technician arrived early, saw the problem had all the tools and parts needed and fixed it. The price was fair, accepted credit cards and the work was done in one day. A good job.

Based on the excellent service we have received from Precision in the past, we called them as soon as one of our garage door openers failed. They responded immediately and sent one of their best technicians, Bob, to install a new opener. We would definitely call Precision for any future garage door needs.

Bob was very courteous and knowledgeable. He completed the repair promptly and explained what had to be done clearly. I do believe the cost of the repair was abit steep. I'm not sure if I should have replaced the unit at this time instead of the costly repair. I guess only time will tell.

I selected Precision because of the quality of the product. When compared to other competitors the Elite was far superior in its manufacture and insulation rating. It was a pleasure dealing with the area manager (who took the time to fully describe the product without pressuring me to make a final purchase decision at the time), the installer and scheduling staff. My only disappointment was that the new door came with the incorrect window panel. I think that should have been checked and identified before arriving at my home. However the staff took immediate action to resolve the error and have the correct panel installed in a timely manner.(Shared Review)

Marc did a great job replacing spring. He also recommended replacing some of the other components to improve longevity of system. We decided to wait for now since the system is less than 5 years old.
