The day started out lousy just knowing I was going to have to spend money on a repair or worse yet a new opener. I read your ad in the yellow pages and it stood out. Mike came in explained the problem never tried to push your product laid it out, clear and concise and let me take the time to make a decision. This guy is incredible I wish I had a company Iâ??d hire him in a minute. This is exactly what America is lacking today in business from the people to the service. Mike was here to solve my problem and he did and when Iâ??m ready to replace the other opener Mike will be getting the call. Mike provided exceptionally competent and courteous service to our Newark home. He performed two garage door rebuilds, reducing the noise of the doors considerably. I had reviewed the website, like the fact that the technicians are certified. The prior installer had been contracted by the home builder and had made an error in judging the spring weights, possibly contributing to our problem. We will also enjoy the life-time warranty. Knowledge 5 out of 5. Courtesy. 5 out of 5. Timeliness 5 out of 5.
