I had my install done today-I chose Precision because they had 24/7 service, had real people answering the phone and were able to get the job done within a day. Marc called and let me know when he was on his way which I always appreciate. He was professional, courteous, and explained the different openers.He swept the garage when the job was complete and answered any questions I had after install. These small things let you know the company cares about the job they do.

Myself and my family recently had the Liftmaster Opener and the cables and pulleys installed on our 2nd garage door by Marc. I usiually do research before I choose a Contractor for any work. I select the ones which are accredited with the BBB and by customer reviews. Although Precision's quote was more expensive than other Contractors, we were impressed by the quality of service provided by Marc. Marc was very polite, courteous and explained everything in detail on how to operate the garage door. Marc came on the 2nd occassion and was timely, punctual and very helpful. He looked over the door thoroughly and explained the reason for the noise. Scott corrected the problem. He thanked me for the business and apologized for the problem.
