I had two new openers installed and then the two doors needed rollers springs etc......and one unit needed to be re-fastened to the ceiling...... All work was done in a quick competent manner by Ron A.....he explained in detail what was needed...what would be done......and the final result is just wonderful...... I had my install done today-I chose Precision because they had 24/7 service, had real people answering the phone and were able to get the job done within a day. Marc called and let me know when he was on his way which I always appreciate. He was professional, courteous, and explained the different openers.He swept the garage when the job was complete and answered any questions I had after install. These small things let you know the company cares about the job they do.

Myself and my family recently had the Liftmaster Opener and the cables and pulleys installed on our 2nd garage door by Marc. I usiually do research before I choose a Contractor for any work. I select the ones which are accredited with the BBB and by customer reviews. Although Precision's quote was more expensive than other Contractors, we were impressed by the quality of service provided by Marc. Marc was very polite, courteous and explained everything in detail on how to operate the garage door. Marc came on the 2nd occassion and was timely, punctual and very helpful. I wish all Contractors are as polite, knowledgeable and helpful as Marc. GOOD JOB, MARC and KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. Good Luck with your future plans!
