We had lost our garage remote opener and the keypad was broken, so I called to get it repaired. Tim inspected the doors and the motors, and he recommended that the springs and wheels be replaced as well. I felt that he only made recommendations on what needed to get done and did not try to oversell me. He replaced everything (remote, keypad, springs, etc.) in little time. He was extrememly courteous and explained everything to me in detail. I highly recommend Precision.

Technician was professional and explained all my options and did the repair quickly. Dispatch center indicated I would be first call of the day at 8am but tech didn't arrive until 8:40 - this is not the tech's fault - dispatch needs to advise the customer when the tech is actually arriving after going to warehouse first at 8am.
