I had called the company because my door was not opening and closing. I had Scott come to my home after inspecting the problem he recommended that a new garage door opener be purchased as our other unit was 12 years old. He showed me that the springs had some wear and if the sensors had been replaced (which I said was not the case) it would be more efficent to buy a new unit. I agreed to this but he did not tell me until I questioned him afterwards and the job was complete that the springs and pulleys were not included and were a separate package. I also did not receive the packet of info. with different packages until after the job was completed. Do be honest he was efficient, clean about his work but I was not happy because he was not upfront about what the charges included and what was "extra". I would not call your company back again as I do not appreciate surprises. For the amount I paid it should have included the extra hardware.

The appointment was made and the technician arrived within the designated two hour window The technician â??Timâ?? performed professionally â?? took the time to explain the different garage door openers and cost â?? performed the installation quickly and efficiently - demonstrated the functions of the system and linking the remotes to the cars. This is the second time Precision serviced my garage door and I was very satisfied with both experiences
