My experience was excellent and I rate it 5 stars. When I called for service, the person I spoke to on the phone was courteous and helpful and I was able to get a technician the same day. Stuart arrived earlier than I was told he would arrive whuch was great. He was very knowlegdeable, courteous and did an excellent job repairing the problem.

I was impressed with the speed with which the initial response came from the google inquiry. I was further impressed by the speed with which I was contacted and a service rep was on site. The technision was very good. I'm sorry to have forgotten his name already. I have his card, but it's not handy right now. He has even offered to assist me with setting my garage door opener in my car when I get back to FL. Thanks for a great experience (even if I had to pay for it!!!).

I had a new door and garage door opener installed on Wed. 4/8 at the River Renaissance Condos. Both men who worked on the installation were professional,explained features and set up,and did a good job of cleaning up. Both the person I share the garage with and I had trouble setting up our in car buttons for the garage door opener. My neighbor went to another of your workers the following day who graciously came, set up and explained to us the proceedure our specific cars. I would gladly recommend your company
