06/28/17-I had a garage door repair done at my home by Tim Rainey of Precision. He was on time, very courteous, very conscientious and very professional. He had the garage door rolling up and down better than it ever did. He took the time to explain to me what was going on and why I needed two replacement parts. It was a pleasure doing business with a company whose office staff was also courteous and caring. The whole experience gets a 5-star rating. I would definitely use them again and request Tim as my service technician.

Michael S. was extremely thorough and explained all of my options to fix my damaged garage door. He also explained the difference between the products offered by Precision compared to other companies or something you would buy at a big chain hardware store.
