We met with Glenn who was very knowledgeable, friendly and clear about all the products you offer. He came within 2 hours of our initial phone call (a miracle right there!) We did order a door which will come in 3-5 weeks so I cannot comment on the installation part of the job but I would absolutely recommend the company and Glenn to anyone who is looking to repair or replace their garage door. When the job is done, I will post again about that part of the process.

06/28/17-I had a garage door repair done at my home by Tim Rainey of Precision. He was on time, very courteous, very conscientious and very professional. He had the garage door rolling up and down better than it ever did. He took the time to explain to me what was going on and why I needed two replacement parts. It was a pleasure doing business with a company whose office staff was also courteous and caring. The whole experience gets a 5-star rating. I would definitely use them again and request Tim as my service technician.

Our experience with Precision was excellent. From the day you make your appointment through installation, they kept us updated on our order. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Installation went smoothly even though we found out our garage does not sit level. They had a solution for the problem at the time they told us about it, which alleviated any stress. Great job.
