It took a month from request to installation. It doesn't matter what caused it because the client only sees that the product is delivered to his satisfaction. In the end, the product will say it all. The service guys were at their best but any comment on the product will have to wait for sometime until I'm sure it does not fail in the next month or so. In any client business relationship, it is Trust that binds them. I believe Precision hits this mark.

Our technician was courteous, timely and very helpful. He called to let us know he would be a bit earlier than our scheduled time, which was wonderful! It is fantastic that they do not charge anything additional for a Saturday or Sunday call. With a new baby at home it was great to schedule on a day when my husband would be home rather than trying to work around the baby's schedule during the week.

It was another great experience using Precision. Lew, the technician, had done a fantastic job repairing the garage door problem previously, and this time we needed a new motor. He arrived right on time, checked what needed to be done and got to work, very efficiently. Upon completion, he was careful to explain everything and to double-check that everything was in order. As the last time, he was professional, friendly and super-efficient. Precision seems to have great employees and they do a terrific job.
