The initial call was handled professionally. The technician, Erik, had a question about the work to be performed and called while he was still at the warehouse so that he could make sure that he had all the parts required for the job. He did and showed up about 30 minutes later. He explained the work to be done quoted a cost, which was fair and proceeded to do the repair. Everything was clean and neat when he left.

The cable on one our garage doors broke and I called on Monday and was able to get an appointment for Tuesday. The technician, Louis was on time, very experienced, very knowledgeable and very nice! He indicated that we needed more new parts than just the cables and we should go with the Premium Package which seemed expensive to me but after he explained what the individual parts would cost, it made more sense because with the Premium Package the parts are guaranteed for 10 years. He completed all of the work in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again.

My serviceman was Eric and he couldn't have been nicer, explaining everything and installing new motor, sensors, garage wall pad, keypad, remotes, etc. in a very short time. Programmed and explained how each item functions. Never would have expected to have so much done in such a short time, everything Eric needed was in his truck. Highly recommend, 5 stars all the way.

We had hired Precision Garage Door Company to replace the springs, rollers and cables, on our garage door. Usually, I attempt to complete my own home repairs, however, I wasn't so confident about installing all of the new products for our garage door opener. Precision was AWESOME!! The mark of a good company is how they correct issues or problems if the arise. I had some issues with a garage door spring repair, and once I communicated these issues to the company, I received a phone call from the owner Doug, and a call from the manager, Bob. My concerns were handled professionally & quickly, leading to a very acceptable outcome. I am quite happy at how attentive the management, and technicians, were to my concerns.
