The two technicians were extremely professional had complete knowledge of every function of the garage doors. Explained in detail what needed replacement and why. I searched on the internet and was initially impressed with the background information on the technicians. I called and was given an appointment the next day. Brandon called me earlier than expected to let me know he had a cancellation and could begin earlier. He came immediately and accessed the problem and talked to me about my options. Since I had a very old system that was on its last leg, I decided to replace the whole thing. Brandon was extremely professional and very friendly. I could see that he was very proud of his work. All in all it was a great experience. I would recommend him to anyone.

You installed openers on our two garage doors about four years ago. We selected you from the Yellow Pages when we looked for a Liftmaster installer/servicer. One of our openers has a battery backup and that battery needed replacement (beeping periodically). The openers also needed lubrication. Your servicer technician arrived early, made the necessary repairs quickly and was courteous and helpful throughout.

He took the time necessary to show me how to operate the new openers and garage doors, programming codes for the outside keypad, etc. The final product operated as expected, very quietly and smoothly.
