Our garage door experience with Precision was a very pleasant surprise. Our Technician Dave Nicomini explained in detail the reasons for the problems were were experiencing and offered sensible solutions on the spot. In addition, he was able to fix our problem from a burnt out motor to problems with our cables all in one trip. Dave was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with me, a woman who knew NOTHING about garage doors! We would absolutely recommend Precision to our friends and neighbors.

Dear Doug: Thank you for sending out a excellent technician,Tim Rainey,that knows what he is doing. I use a wheel chair to get around and was concerned that the existing door opener was ready to break down and I would be stuck in my car and would not get into my house. For me to get into my house I need to go through the garage to a chair lift that gets me up stairs. I was suprised that when Tim Rainey came out to the house that he had all of the parts to repair the existing door and had the new garage door opener with the battery that I wanted. Now when I am out and the power goes out I know I can get into my home Thank you Robert B Miller
