I recently moved into a newly constructed townhouse and one of my garage doors started to make a loud noise when opening and closing. I called Precision Garage Door Service because you are a certified Liftmaster service and repair business. Your tech, Sean, arrived on time, was very informative about the problem and fixed it. I also requested that he service both garage doors since they are used a lot. He lubricated the doors, etc. and explained what he was doing and showed me how to properly maintain both doors. I believe in regular maintenance, so I will be calling Precision regularly to perform annual maintenance on the garage doors and for any problems in between the annual maintenace. Sean was very professional and I thank you for sending out such a knowledgeable and experienced technician.

Ron was excellent. Arrived on time, inspected the 2 garage doors, listened to my requests, and made his recommendations. He quoted costs accurately and gave me an estimate of time it would take to install 2 new door openers. Ron was friendly, and worked very hard to provide first class service. Arrived early (good mark in my book!) and diagnosed the issues inside of 20 minutes. Repaired the garage door and replaced the opener in less than one hour. The system is silky smooth and quiet. Great job! Will definitely use again and refer.
