I wanted to share the experience I had with Precision. A friend highly recommended your company. I received a call back from Vince D. He was very helpful on the phone. I was a nervous wreck thinking new doors were really going to put us in some debt. Vince eased my mind. He came here and explained the whole process and showed me samples. Very patiently he answered all my questions. You installers were were kind and I must say I was impressed that Vince popped by to check on the installation as he said he would. Its nice to work with someone like Vince being I have had alot of work done within my home in the last year and I have dealt with some pushy rude people. The two technicians were extremely professional had complete knowledge of every function of the garage doors. Explained in detail what needed replacement and why. Explained the difference in quality of the parts versus lesser quality parts and guarantee. Some may complain that the costs are too high but considering the cost of training and professional business expenses to give quality service the expense is a insurance policy with excellent service. I searched on the internet and was initially impressed with the background information on the technicians. I called and was given an appointment the next day. Brandon called me earlier than expected to let me know he had a cancellation and could begin earlier. He came immediately and accessed the problem and talked to me about my options. Since I had a very old system that was on its last leg, I decided to replace the whole thing. Brandon was extremely professional and very friendly. I could see that he was very proud of his work. All in all it was a great experience. I would recommend him to anyone.

You installed openers on our two garage doors about four years ago. We selected you from the Yellow Pages when we looked for a Liftmaster installer/servicer. One of our openers has a battery backup and that battery needed replacement (beeping periodically). The openers also needed lubrication. Your servicer technician arrived early, made the necessary repairs quickly and was courteous and helpful throughout.

The installer arrived on-time. He took the time necessary to show me how to operate the new openers and garage doors, programming codes for the outside keypad, etc. The final product operated as expected, very quietly and smoothly. David Papa did a great job. He called to say he was on his way, then called again to say there was traffic and adjusted his arrival time to set my expectations. He provided a detailed set of repair options from which we chose. He estimated that it would take 2 hours, and he finished in 1 hour. He also worked around my husband's car so that he didn't even have to move it. Super job and the doors work and are nice and quiet. Thank you again :-)

He explained everything thoroughly about the broken spring and made some suggestions re: wheels, made sure he had the proper size spring for the weight of our door and made the repairs needed to get the door working perfectly again. The spring broke this morning and the technician was at our home in 2 hours to repair it. Great service, great knowledgeable technician.
