We had Precision replace parts on 2 garage doors nearly 10 yrs ago. One started having trouble recently along with the 3rd door we hadn’t serviced. Brian, who is personable, hard working, and efficient, researched our account and was able to replace one door’s springs and cables under warranty. He also replaced them on the other door along with new rollers at a reasonable price. We would highly recommend Brian and will request him if we need any work in the future.

Called for service because my door wouldn't close all the way down allowing mice to enter ...turns out it wasn't my door but the concrete pad rising up in the center preventing the door to close properly ... Brian was diligent in explaining everything and offered suggestions to fix it ..he arrived as schedule and called ahead when he was coming ...excellent service by Precision and Brian..

I think I called just past 9 am and had a text and confirmed appointment for 10 am!!! Brian immediately diagnosed and shared with me all the options as my garages hadn't been serviced since 2003. Brian explained everything clearly and concisely. We decided due to my budget constraints to completely replace all parts, springs, pullies on both doors and install a completely new silent Wi-Fi enabled belt-driven garage door opener on one door. The work was impeccable. I will request Brian next month to complete the other garage door opener for sure. 10 year warranty on parts and labor for the work and functional garage doors has me at peace!

I called at around 10:00 and was given a window of 12-4pm. The tech Brian showed up a few minutes before 12 Noon--most companies are not so prompt. I just moved into a new home and the garage door broke last night. Brian quickly evaluated the entire door system and all of its components. He was able to make all of the repairs and add a safety feature that was non-existent. His work was outstanding and did not take a long time to do. His evaluation was honest and he did not try to upsell me something that I did not need. I would recommend Brian and Precision Door to anyone in need of garage door repair and/or replacement. Going forward, they are the company I will call for anything needed for my garage door!

Excellent service overall. Brian was very professional and thorough. The web site appears to be misleading regarding their stated ten year warranty on replacement garage door springs. It seems there is really only a one year warranty on their springs unless you also replace additional door parts, inflating the total repair cost.

My garage door opener died and I needed a new one. I was able to schedule for the following day. Brian called half and hour before he was to arrive and performed an assessment of my unit. He gave me options with the price. He was extremely professional and courteous. Once I choose the option I felt was best he started working. I had everything replaced except the door and rails. It took him about an hour to install everything and I could not be happier. I highly recommend Precision.
