He called in advance of arriving at the job and showed up on time to replace & install two new garge door openers. Our technician, Tim, did an excellent job explaining what caused our previous garage door openers to fail and thoroughly explained our options for replacements and needed repairs. Having fully stocked service vehicles worked out great as we were able to get both openers replaced and the doors repaired on the same day without the need to schedule a follow up appointment. Tim also saw to it that all of our remotes were successfully programmed before he left, providing over-all great service.

Overall, happy with installation. Price caught me off guard, had no idea garage door systems were so expensive. Had to come back next day to tweak the installation as one side was not closing properly, but it was resolved. There is a slight hesitation/jerk when door first opens, but was assured that this is okay.
