From the first phone call to set up a quote we are pleased to work with this company! We had John come and explain that our old motor was no longer safe outdated and dangerous. We had him install a new motor and he also explained in detail what he was going to do and gave us several quotes on what we could have done. He was very polite, knowledgeable and lives in our community which made us feel very comfortable! John you are appreciated and are a fine asset to this company. Well done!

We recently had an excellent experience with our garage door installation, and credit goes to David, the skilled technician who handled the job. From the outset, booking the appointment was a breeze, and the entire process was seamless. What set David apart was his professionalism and transparency. Unlike some experiences we've had in the past, David didn't push unnecessary upgrades or products, making us feel comfortable and confident in our choices. Moreover, his engaging and patient demeanor with our curious son, who had a barrage of questions about the installation, made the entire experience even more positive. Overall, David's expertise, customer-centric approach, and friendly interaction with our family made this garage door installation a smooth and enjoyable process.

Precision Door did not disappoint. Every aspect of the service they provided was exceptional and exceeded our expectation. We called for repair service on Wednesday and had garage door expert Brian Hallock at our home the next day before noon. He and his partner Sean diagnosed our issue, provided us with cost estimates and had a new garage door opener and external keypad installed within a half hour. Brian then updated our cars to recognize the new unit so we can open the garage door from the car. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to anyone needing new installation or repairs.
