Ethan was very professional. He analyzed my problem and informed me of several options. He was able to upgrade my opener system and instructed me on its usage. The tech (Ethan) was very helpful. He inspected and explained all the elements of my 35 year old system and outlined all my alternatives and what they would cost. In the end I had him do the minimum to get the door working again, although he recommended some additional work. After thinking about it, I will have him return to do some of that work. When my old garage door motor died, I needed help immediately. I called and actually got a live operator at 9:30 at night. Precision sent a repairman the next morning. My repairman was James Nicoll who was friendly, courteous and professional. He answered all my questions (there were alot) replaced everything that needed to be replaced, and came back the next day to adjust some things so they were exactly right. He could not have been more friendly or helpful. I would work with him anytime.

Everything was so simple. I had a quick online chat early in the morning requesting a review of my garage door. At 10am someone arrived, inspected our door and motor. We needed a new motor and new hardware. By 4pm everything was installed and working nicely. The price made sense. It was all so simple!
