The installation of our new garage door which replaced a 43 year old one went smoothly including the visit for measurements, choosing a door, scheduling the construction/installation of the door, etc.. Marc and Steven did an excellent job on a very hot day. They were on task and very considerate of addressing concerns and questions while taking care of the removal of the original door and clean-up. We have used Precision on a previous occasion when a spring on the old door broke. It was taken care of in a exemplary fashion with opening and closing hardware brought up to date. It was the reason we contacted them for door replacement.

After a local garage door repairman told me the door likely couldn't be fixed and would cost $6K to replace I called Precision for a second opinion. Their technician arrived on time, was personable, knowledgeable and competent. He explain the problem to me, how to fix and how to improve my system. He provided quick estimates for all option but there was no pressure to do more than what was needed to fix today's problem. He then had all the parts to fix the problem on his truck. No need for a follow up appt or to tell my 2 year old he can only play with one today a day.

Orentino was my Tech. He was excellent! He asked me questions about the circumstances before and after my issue occurred to fully understand the problem before offering a solution. I rarely leave reviews but the experience I had with the tech Chris Aveta was amazing. He showed up on time and was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Chris explained what need to be done, the time frame and cost involved. He was nice to work with. I only wish he was going to do the repairs.
