What a very pleasurable experience I had with Glen from Precision. We discussed the alternatives to addressing my garage door opening problems and after reviewing the choices decided on two new motors plus redoing a number of the support mechanisms. Glen went to work immediately and finished in about 2 plus hours. My garage was reborn. Thank you Glen.

Alan came promptly to my home in spite of the difficulty of getting to me cus my road is being torn up to fix some water lines. He was professional and, since he solved the problem in no time, didn’t even charge me for the service call. And, an added plus was my ability to track his truck right up to my home in real time!

We were referred to Precision by a family member and were extremely pleased with the entire experience. From the first call, to setting up the meeting with the technician, Glen who was fantastic along with Chris, to the installation and the set up of the app and the openers. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone who has a garage door need.

The person who answered my call was both courteous and helpful. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The email about Kevin was informative. Kevin's assessment was excellent. He explained the problem and offered us a choice of motors to replace the broken one. He worked efficiently and was able to program all items that needed programing. Kevin very personable and a fine representative of your company.
