After reading so many of the other positive reviews, I decided to call Precision to repair my broken garage door. They were able to schedule my appointment for the next day! My technician, Erik arrived right at the time he said he would. He thoroughly explained what the problem was, which parts needed to be replaced, and what my options were. Erik was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The whole repair (replacing springs and cables) was completed in less than 20 minutes. I am very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend Erik and Precision to anyone!

Precision has been my go to for a few years now. They have a good reputation and I have always been more than satisfied with the work their technicians do.
