Very professional service. Technician called ahead of arrival and was very clean and neat. Fixed the issue within 45-60 minutes. Door works better than ever. Quality materials seemed to be used. The springs used are much better than the old ones I had.

Fantastic service. Called at 1:30pm, Matt arrived at 2:00pm and job was complete by 2:30. Matt was super professional and efficient. Didn’t try to sell me anything which I appreciated. Will always use Precision for any future garage door needs.

I was in the market for a garage door opener and a garage door. Precision advertised on TV, online, and in print as did several other companies. I researched reviews, BBB and spoke to individuals and narrowed my field to two companies. Precision was easy to contact and scheduled an appointment the same day. When my tech, Luigi, visited my home, I was sold! He answered all my questions and I felt confident that I would get the product I was looking for, that it would be installed correctly and that I would have a superior warranty if something went wrong. I signed a contract the same day. I can’t wait for my new door and door opener!

This company is run better than any other service company I have used! From my initial call I was treated respectfully and seriously. I was able to set up an appointment within two days of my call including on a Sunday. The appointment was confirmed well ahead of time, the repairman arrived within the window of time given, he called me en route to give me his ETA, and when he arrived he was courteous, knowledgeable, and able to fix the problem within 30 minutes!! That is a 10 rating im my book! THANK YOU!!!

I just had two garage door openers installed. The technician & manager worked with me on the price since I was getting two installed. It was a pleasure to have Rob Zuniga doing the work. He was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to answer all my questions. Thanks again Rob! The lady who called me to let me know when Rob was getting to my house was also very professional. Overall great experience with Precision.

I chose Precision because of the positive reviews. The choice was to either repair the existing garage door or replace it with a new one. Lou, the technician, was honest in telling me the true cost of everything that needed to be done if I chose to install a new garage door (things like replacing the wood trim around the door, replacing the wood along the sides of the door so the new door would be anchored properly). It was expensive, but the service was good. I would give them 4 stars (average of 5 for service and 3 for price).
