Our service man John Delpiu was excellent. He was very helpful and went over in detail all that will be done with the installment. He reviewed the invoice and was extremely knowledgeable. He called with an arrival time and he was at our home exactly at that time. I hope the installers are just as great as John. 5 star for John!

I called for service at 9:15 A.M Monday morning and was told someone would be here between 10 and 2. I went shopping and when I arrived home at 11:15 Tim was working in the garage with my son. He was wonderful, polite, patient and caring about our problem. Thank you and Tim for all your help.

The spring of my garage door was broken on Sunday. I found Precision Door Service online called them on Monday based on their good reviews. Precision was able to schedule someone to come on Tuesday. The technician Luigi arrived on time, he was courteous and able to clearly explain to me the problem. He fixed the door for me right away. He was great and very professional! I was very happy with the service Precision has provided. I’ll definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Luigi was very competent and kind! He did an awesome job explaining the job required and costs involved. I've dealt with other providers in the past who were not as professional and knowledgeable as he was. Highly recommend Precision!!

I chose Precision because when my door broke previously, they came immediately and provided stellar service. This time, when I need to replace the garage door pad, they were the only ones I considered. They came exactly at the time I chose, and were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. From the moment I booked the appointment, they communicated with me proactively, even with the impending threat of a bad snowstorm! Luigi called me to say he was on the way, and explained all of my options for the job. I could not have been happier and will call them again for ALL of my garage door needs!

I did not use your company because your quote to fix my problem was three times more than another company. I could have bought a new door and had it installed for slightly more than what you wanted for just fixing the door.
