Our door decided to break 3 days before Christmas. Loved the fact that they called me back and was able to schedule Glen to look at the door the same day! I would give Precision a 4 star rating. Took away a star for what they charge. $70 just to come out. However their service is great. All their technicians that I’ve met to date (3) are all very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and friendly. They are also very accommodating. I would definitely use them again but hopefully won’t have to.
