Brian and Jason arrived on time in a snowstorm, and installed the new door in good time. Super easy to make appointment, they accommodated my work schedule timing perfectly. Our technician Kevin N arrived during a 20degree snowstorm, completed the assessment and actual work of replacing the 24 year old opener and door "working hardware" cheerfully, competently, and efficiently; despite the weather we could see he was very thorough. Very professional and polite, I highly recommend Kevin N as well as Precision of NJ! Will be posting an additional recommendation on Angie's List. I had two new garage door openers installed. Excellent service. Kevin, the technician, carefully explained the product, helped ensure the needed electrical work was done, and clearly demonstrated everything he had installed. He was professional and well informed. Also very neat. If it hadn't been for the fact that I needed an electrician, the garage door openers would have been installed within 12 hours of my call. I am very happy with your service and love the motion sensor lights on the openers. I definitely would recommend your company.

Well done. The technician explained in clear terms why I have a problem with our garage door. During the installation a year ago I wish they would have told me that I would have a problem if the left sensor does not show a red light. It means it is not communicating with the right sensor. Precision explained and solved my problem.

It was 8 degrees out and our door would not shut. They were super busy, but fit us in. Our tec was super nice and went out of his way. We use to use a different company, but we will use precision all the time and would definitely recommend them. Our door was less then a year and a half old.

We were very impressed with the service we received from Precision. I called yesterday and was given an appointment today for repair of a garage door. The technician, Chris, was on time and, as promised, called about 20 minutes prior to his arrival. We were very impressed with Chris's professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency. He gave us two choices for repair of the door--short term (cheaper) and long term, with absolutely no pressure to do the latter (which we did). We would certainly use Precision for any future work, and would request that Chris do the work. We could not have been more pleased with Chris or the work he did.

I was very impressed with your service from start to finish. I called about 4pm about a problem I was having and the representative I spoke with scheduled an appointment the very next day. I received an email confirmation of the appointment within a few minutes including pictures of the technicians so I would recognize the person who came. My technician, Gaetano, called shortly before arriving; something I really appreciate. He diagnosed the problem with my old garage door opener and laid out my options. I decided it was time for a new one especially since I wanted one of the newer features now available, a battery back-up. He installed it very quickly, cleaned everything up & removed the old opener. I'm very happy with the new one. It is much quieter than the old one and the battery back-up gives me some peace of mind.

The team from Precision are great to work with. My whole experience from the sales team to coordination and installation was simple and painless. The install crew did their job very well. They were quick, clean and precise. My favorite and probably a stupid item was how clean they ran the wires for the garage door opening module. They ran it for two garage door opening motors, wires are nice and tucked away. Job well done Precision. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for garage replacement or service. Even though I haven't used their service yet, if it is anything like the new install, I am sure I'll be happy with it.
