I just wanted to say that Pete O was an excellent service man. He was not only on time but he presented as sure of himself, and educated in his work. He was safe, and clean, and knew how to clearly explain the workings of the door, the key pad, and troubleshooting. In retrospect, I only wish I had taken photos of the smashed in garage door prior to him removing it for insurance purposes. He was not at fault for that... I should have done that on my own. --- but was still frazzled by the whole event of my neighbor driving into my garage door, and car within. Pete made a frightening, upsetting situation into something of the past in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Precision garage door to others- if needed.

Precision Garage Doors is very well organized with friendly and knowledgeable staff providing exemplary customer service. I had a new garage door opener installed and the technician - Lou - took the time to explain all of his recommendations as we went through the process. I also was very impressed at how well run the company seems to be with technology being used very effectively to make the process as smooth as possible. Would definitely recommend using them for any garage door related installs or repairs.

Had garage door springs and other hardware replaced. I found my service technician (Chris) to be very knowledgeable regarding repair that was needed and his companies products. I wound up purchasing Precision's "rebuild package" based on discussion with Chris. I had a few questions after install, with my phone call returned timely with all of my questions addressed. A return visit by Chris was required which met all of my needs.

Have used Precision in the past and always pleased with service and this time was no different. Scheduled an appointment to have Precision check out one of our garage doors that was very loud sounding when closing and opening. Precision said tech would be here between 8am and 11am. Called early and identified himself as Erik. Arrived within 20 minutes of call. Explained his safety check which took about 20 minutes and said we needed to replace four rollers and both doors looked to be in good shape other than that. Gave me the price and it took him no longer than 30 minutes. I had a coupon for a free inspection so it helped. Nice job Erik to keep me up and running. Would highly recommend. Gene

Great communication; arrived on time. Gave an educated overview of what was needed (new springs, cables, pulleys and rollers) as well as options. He started right away and was very efficient. Our garage doors are now safe, quiet and fully functional (and the warranty on all the parts is great!) We highly recommend Precision.

I now have the MOST gorgeous garage doors!! Kenny from Precision arrived, completely took down everything -- doors, tracks, motors, keypads, etc. which were a mess and replaced with gorgeous steel white carriage doors, quite motor, wall keypads with time and temperature on them (as well as where a message would go in case of malfunction about what is wrong); I have motion sensors which light up the garage every time, and a back up battery so in case of power failure, the doors still will work. I let my husband come home and be surprised, and he was so excited! Thank you Precision! Reasonable prices, excellent workmanship!
