The service technician was very professional and he did a great job. He diagnosed the problem quickly and clearly explained what was needed. The technician is a credit to Precision! I opted to have two springs replaced, but decided against a (needed) pair of sensors since the quoted price for these items was excessive.

Previous experience with your company when you installed new and updated garage openers, led me to go back to you for a repair of one garage opener part. Your serviceman, Kevin, arrived within the promised time frame, calling while on the way, and when arrived. He easily sized up the job involved, gave me the standard quote, and completed the repair in good time. Then to my surprise and delight he said there would be no charge because it is considered an extension of the original installation service and warranty.

The service Precision provided was exceptional. From the time I called to when their service technician arrived was a matter of a few hours, not days. The technician was excellent at diagnosing the problem with our garage door opener and in offering suggestions and remedies to fix the problem, which was ultimately to replace an age old unit we had been using that failed. He was in and out within an hour and a half and we are up and running smooth again. Great response time and expert competence by the technician. 5 stars!

New garage door installed today. Our first-time experience with Precision Door was great. Exactly three weeks ago when a spring on our old door broke, we were able to get a technician, Drew, to come take a look that afternoon. He was efficient, thorough and personable. He explained what our options were, what was covered in the costs and the overall process. It took two weeks for the door to arrive (we have a slightly nonstandard size). In the meantime, Theresa answered my questions and offered her direct phone number as well as her hours. Today, Kenny and Jason came (BTW, all the technicians arrived within the stated time period). They were very professional, focused, polite and personable. They got right to work and didn't stop till everything was done (about 4 hours). The new door is a big improvement over our old one. They even showed me how to use the lock function on our garage door opener keypad. They left the garage immaculate - no one could ever tell that two men had worked for four hours to remove an old door and install a new one. This is a great company and great people. Our experience was one that you hope for, but have given up daring to expect. Thank you!

He return this month to fix the sensor that I had knocked off the door frame. Again, Lou called first, arrived on time, corrected the problem and fixed it so I can't create the same problem again. Great company, great technicians and great service.

I chose Precision TODAY because I was speaking to my neighbors over the weekend and they told me they had called and made an appt for one of your service people to come today and fix -- replace -- I believe, their door. Their door was BROKEN. My door wasn't broken but it was SO NOISY that when I got home late, I didn't even put my car in the garage, the door made so much noise . . . and I went into my house via the front door. So I decided to speak to your guy, Pete, while he was at my neighbors. It turned out he had time to check and fix my door as well today. He was professional, friendly, explained what the problem was, offered options to address it, I chose the option, he was able to do it, and was done -- no time wasted. I was very impressed with Pete's professionalism, knowledge and willingness to share information . . . not to mention that the door is now so quiet, I can barely hear it in motion. I'm happy to give you/Pete a 5-star review. Your menu doesn't let me choose all the products that I purchased today. They are cables, pulleys, rollers, and springs. Thanks so much!

Chris was my technician and he is an outstanding representative of your company. He is very knowledgeable and sells your products and service very professionally. I would give 5 stars on his service alone. However, the company gets 4 stars because I feel the charges are a bit excessive. I plan to look on line for the wholesale price of the motor that was installed.

I called on a Friday afternoon and Kevin S arrived on Saturday. My garage door had come off the track and the guide wire had slipped off the pulley. It's a really old door. Kevin explained all of the possible solutions and I chose to have all the hardware replaced. Kevin was here for about an hour and when he left the door was operating very smoothly. I am extremely pleased with the service and with Kevin.

Chris was great. He explained everything fully, and we discussed going from just replacing the springs to doing the full rebuild package. I am not usually one who can be up sold on the spot. I like to do my research first. Chris explained the reason behind the rebuild and did a great job walking me through the upgrade process, and it made sense. As a technician he did a great job, and kept me informed as to what he was doing and why. He put 120# springs on the door, but didn't feel fully comfortable with the result. He went up to 130# springs, and found he liked them even less. He took his time to make sure the door was set right after replacing everything. I'm very happy with the product so far, and extremely happy with the service. I will be recommending your company to my friends and neighbors.

I was having issues with my garage so I called and precision came that day! (With snow on the roads) They repaired the door and replaced the rollers and a wire and it was like brand new! It works marvelously and was done in less than an hour. Very kind and friendly.
