Guy made a difficult situation much easier. He came out on a Saturday and made the window we were given. Even though he was going to make it on time, he called halfway through to let us know a more accurate time. Once here he reassured me that although it looked bad he could make it functional but was realistic in letting me know that one panel really needed to be replaced. I would recommend Gaetano and Precision to anyone who need a new or repair of a garage door.

I was dissatisfied with the last company I used, while it was years ago, it took two trips and the springs installed were under sized. Gaetano called before he arrived, even offered to get us coffee, was prompt, courteous and totally professional. He told us the cost involved with all the options available, worked quietly and diligently. He cleaned up everything, taking all debris with him when he left us with a functioning garage door and confidence this job was done correctly. I live in a condo complex and knew that Precision had serviced other units. I also checked Angie's List which gave Precision a very favorable review. Brian the technician was scheduled to arrive on Saturday between 1 and 5. He kept in contact with me during the afternoon so that if I needed to run errands I could before he came. When he arrived he was very professional, explained what the problem was and my options. As much as I hated to have to replace the door opener I am delighted to have this new quiet device. Brian did a great job and I would recommend him and Precision!

After trying unsuccessfully to set up an appointment with another company, I found Precision on Angie's list. Within 2 days from my call, I had a brand new garage door opener. Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Previous service call on 1/7/14(with a different technician) did not fix the intermittent problem (garage door opens by itself overnight on some cold nights & then cannot be closed with switch). This happened again the night of 3/5/14. Gaetano seemed to take great care to diagnose the problem in order to arrive at a permanent fix. He explained fully to me what he did. I am confident the problem is resolved this time, but I will only know for certain as time goes on and we experience more cold nights.

We are a repeat customer, and looked up the new phone number in the Morris County yellow pages. The technician, Brian, fixed the problem quickly without installing a new garage opener. He inspected and oiled both garage door openers and described some of the features of the newer ones. Eventually we may have to replace the openers, but so far so good. Good job.

Top-notch all the way. Schedule quickly Service Tech called that morning with a time estimate of when he would arrive. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain his assessment of the issues with both me and my husband. The cost to repair was significantly more than what we were expecting, but Gaetano gave us the confidence and understanding to make the right decision. Ultimately, we agreed to the full range of repairs that he suggested. He and Chris performed the work quickly, and professionally taking great care to clean up after themselves and make sure that everything was working properly. When I called to make an appointment, the gentleman on the phone asked me a couple of questions and we quickly realized that the spring on my garage door was broken. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Kevin came to my house and fully explained everything before starting any work. He could not have been nicer and cleaned everything up when he was done. Although the service call order was incorrect,as I needed a repair not an estimate on new doors. Peter was very knowledgeable and businesslike in handling the error. He was able to take care of the problem to my satisfaction by repairing and inspecting. He gave me a thorough explanation of what I would need to make both doors operate safely. Although I was not prepared to bear the expense of both at this time I will consider having him return to service my other door when possible.

Brian B. did an outstanding job of figuring out my garage door problem. No new parts were needed but his excellent knowledge on why this door was not working solved my problem. We are completely impressed with the level of service we received today for our broken garage door. The Service Technician, Brian, kept me posted all day with when to expect him so I didn't have to wait around the house all afternoon. When he showed, he was knowledgeable and experienced. Fixed the problem and within minutes I received an email receipt for payment and a thank you from the owner for choosing them. WOW!! That is customer service you just don't see anymore. We never leave comments or do surveys but Pete and his partner were excellent. We called and were told they would be at our house between 1PM and 5PM. Due to another job holding them up and the freezing temps, they were way late, but they kept calling and telling us they were still coming. They finally showed up at around 7:30PM and we were impressed. They fixed both door problems and did it all with a smile and very courteous. Excellent! Thanks.

I want to thank Guy for coming over to my house at the last minute last night after I got home from work. He and the man he was training were gracious to stay and fix my garage door well into the evening. He explained what needed to be done in a very "easy to understand" way and installed new rollers and a new spring. He is a very personable and friendly man and I would be quick to recommend him to other people.
