We are a repeat customer, and looked up the new phone number in the Morris County yellow pages. The technician, Brian, fixed the problem quickly without installing a new garage opener. He inspected and oiled both garage door openers and described some of the features of the newer ones. Eventually we may have to replace the openers, but so far so good. Good job.

Top-notch all the way. Schedule quickly Service Tech called that morning with a time estimate of when he would arrive. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain his assessment of the issues with both me and my husband. The cost to repair was significantly more than what we were expecting, but Gaetano gave us the confidence and understanding to make the right decision. Ultimately, we agreed to the full range of repairs that he suggested. He and Chris performed the work quickly, and professionally taking great care to clean up after themselves and make sure that everything was working properly. It was an absolute pleasure to meet them both. The lifetime guarantee assures us that we made the right choice and know that we can rely on Precision again in the future when/if needed. I have no concerns with using the company for years to come and will recommend them highly to friends and family. Well worth the cost!

When I called to make an appointment, the gentleman on the phone asked me a couple of questions and we quickly realized that the spring on my garage door was broken. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Kevin came to my house and fully explained everything before starting any work. He could not have been nicer and cleaned everything up when he was done. Although the service call order was incorrect,as I needed a repair not an estimate on new doors. Peter was very knowledgeable and businesslike in handling the error. He was able to take care of the problem to my satisfaction by repairing and inspecting. He gave me a thorough explanation of what I would need to make both doors operate safely. Although I was not prepared to bear the expense of both at this time I will consider having him return to service my other door when possible.

We are completely impressed with the level of service we received today for our broken garage door. The Service Technician, Brian, kept me posted all day with when to expect him so I didn't have to wait around the house all afternoon. When he showed, he was knowledgeable and experienced. Brian B. did an outstanding job of figuring out my garage door problem. No new parts were needed but his excellent knowledge on why this door was not working solved my problem. He did install a much needed weather strip on the bottom of the door. Everything is working very well and I am very satisfied.

We never leave comments or do surveys but Pete and his partner were excellent. We called and were told they would be at our house between 1PM and 5PM. Due to another job holding them up and the freezing temps, they were way late, but they kept calling and telling us they were still coming. They finally showed up at around 7:30PM and we were impressed. They fixed both door problems and did it all with a smile and very courteous. Excellent! Thanks.

I want to thank Guy for coming over to my house at the last minute last night after I got home from work. He and the man he was training were gracious to stay and fix my garage door well into the evening. He explained what needed to be done in a very "easy to understand" way and installed new rollers and a new spring. My wife and I knew that our opener was on it's last legs for over a year so each time I got a Val-Pak in the mail, I pulled the current coupon for Precision and filed it away, knowing that eventually I would call to schedule a service appointment. On Feb 13 I pushed the button to get my snow blower out of the garage and halfway up the opener stopped. After manually opening the door, I went inside, pulled out the coupon and called Precision. I had my choice of appointments for the next day or Saturday morning. I scheduled early Saturday and got the call from Peter our installer at 7:30 that he would be there by 8:00. When Peter arrived, a bit before 8:00, he examined the opener, door, pulleys - basically he inspected everything and then gave me his assessment and recommendations. He then gave me a few options and cost breakdowns for each. He explained everything he was going to do and then began to work his magic. A few hours later, we had a new opener which was silent, something we had never experienced before as we went with the Liftmaster Belt Drive System. We also had the keypad installed along with a few remotes. Now when I go into the garage the lights go on by themselves and our door is so smooth and quiet it's as though it was also replaced. Peter was great to deal with. He brought an enthusiasm to the job and spent extra time making sure that everything was adjusted perfectly. I can't say enough good things about his service and dealing with Precision. This is the type of service you should always get when dealing with any type of company. Precision goes above and beyond.

The repair was done efficiently, neatly & I felt very confident the repair was done with expert precision. I really appreciate how quickly you were able to get someone out to my house to fix the garage door. I had hit it off track and the guys who came out to fix it/put it back on track, did it quickly and made sure that it looked like new. They took the time to really make it look like the accident never happened and they did it with good humor. This happened during one of the snow storms, so I know that they were busy, but they were very nice about my careless accident and made the whole repair process a positive experience.

Your service tech Kevin S. called a half hour before he was due to let me know he was enroute. He arrived on time and told me what needed to be done to have my door operate at maximum efficiency and gave me a price for the job. He then repaired my door within 1 hour replacing springs, rollers, pulleys and safety cables lubed and tested my door and had it working better than new. He was polite, conscientious and efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

Kevin arrived within timeframe promised. He suggested what we needed, installed and finished in under 90 minutes. He explained the apparatus and all the accessories. Left me feeling comfortable and confident with the entire process. I'd reccomend Precision to anyone needing garage service.
